PS Pet... you MUST have heard of the National Lottery? A little thing that's been running for nearly 14 years now....?
*sharp intake of breath* - that was very sarcastic Ajax, I thought you and Pet were better friends than that.

ooh thats the first month ive made the challenge
some cooking advice please, i cant find the recipie i used last time i made beef brisket but i ahve a plan, any obvious flaws please tell me?
i have onions, peppers (that have to be used up along with carrots), going to chuck them all in the bottom of the slow cooker then bung the brisket on top, a large splash of red wine and some water (and mixed herbs if i remember), leave to cook on low for 8ish hours? serve with mash and broccoli, cauliflower. will that work?0 -
Hi Lois
I posted a 1lb off Monday (thats my weigh day) but you haven't got me on the chart, can you add me please. I know it's not normally your job, I'm not moaning!!!:o0 -
First skiing trip was Fieberbrunn Austria (Feb 1992), followed by one in Bormio Italy (1994). In Italy we had Fiona Foster in our ski class, she was a bit aloof and snooty - we didn't realise it was because she was 'on TV' and thought everyone knew her - pity really she might have had more fun if she'd just joined in. Poor thing came last in the Ski School final day race event - she took a bit of a tumble, which they showed over and over in the night time video. She may have chilled a bit now - saw her on the TV the other night on the Fat Bribe programme, seemed a bit more mellow.
I didn't become a good skier but loved it. It's about time for the little monkeys to have a go, maybe next winter, if I keep up with the GC it's a possibility. Maybe lilac will be back in by then?

BB, you really do look so fabulous (and in person too). Raph, I had a look on your FB and spent ages trying to work out who was you just from the photos. I had to give up and look at the captions, as noone looked remotely overweight!! You look fab, I reckon you must be lying about your stats
Any more for any more? I like the idea of posting action photos so get 'em out!The 1,000 Day Challenge:Feb 16, 2016500/30,000

Cool, more photos, loving them! It's so true that people look really great, and we are our harshest critics.
I really like the idea of the Whos Who of LW and think it would be best on here at the beginning - that would be possible right?
Not much to report here at mo, just recovering from flu post-Holland (def worth it!). Trying to keep up but finding it hard so sorry if I haven't replied to things. KPC, another pressie swop sounds a great idea.
Oh, and I have FINALLY resolved my plans for the summer - how long did that take? indecisive, moi? :rotfl:- so this weekend I will get on the case with the LW meet (you thought I'd forgotten didn't you!). I may need to ask for some emails again though, will let you know, sorry...:oThe 1,000 Day Challenge:Feb 16, 2016500/30,000
