no not in a room with beer cans and pizza, both me and my O/H play it :-D
so what ive learned so far
to have at least 1750 calories, maintain my current exercise (bike on mon/wed/fri and wieghts on tues/thurs, and walking lots!) and see how i get on.
im 14 stone, i realistically would love to lose another half stone
so 7 pounds is my goal, and a leaner flatter stomach of course!
well done to all the losers so far and GRATS on the 2 stone mark Claire, well pleased for you0 -

5lb loss for me this week:j :j :j :j
I absolutely knew it would work, boot camp chez victory rocks:D o.k so the first week it had no impact but perceverance(not spelt right:rolleyes: ) pays off, I don't know why or how it has taken 2 weeks to shift but I lost it:D that leaves me now with a clear 4lb loss more to take the scales reading down to a 0 stonage after it and I am on a mission to make sure that happens by the time I go to Spain in 7 weeks time, you better believe it is game on now:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: bikini is coming too(hopefully;) )0 -
Well done victory
Boot camp strikes again.
Welcome back bindi
Pinklipgloss I don't really do recipes as such that often - I leave that to MrsA. I just tend to throw simple things together. I did post this up on Saturday though... http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.html?p=11532311&postcount=383JULESGR, YOURE GOING DOWN!
... is she? Who's the lucky fella?0 -

That would be a fantastic deal! Hope you get it
Claireabelle that is brilliant! Congratulations!I'm always going on about how 1lb losses are not to be sniffed at - and you've proved that by getting slimmer of the week with yours!
I've had my blood tests back and all of them are normal (just a well woman screening thing, no sinister reason for having them done). No news yet about this hernia op but apart from that it would seem I'm totally healthy!
Bike ride tomorrow if it stays dryI need to think of where I can go because I'm getting a bit bored of cycling to the shops and back and I like my cycling trips to have a purpose - however trivial that purpose is!
Victory just seen your post - well done! THAT is how to deal with a sudden gain, just blitz it straight away, don't give it chance to settle. Rooting for you with the 4lb off in 7 weeks, if anyone can do it you can!0 -

thanks marion -you're a star. Bit disappointed with how high the butterscotch angel delight is. Yes missy, as granny has refused to pass on the school butterscotch tart recipe, alledgedly in my own interest, I have had to look elsewhere. It works out at at 5 syns per portion which is nearly my (self imposed)total allowance for the day, so I'm going to try making it with free 0% fat greek yoghurt to bring it down to 3 syns. Love the lolly idea though so might explore that too.
Vix - photos have been taken but now Mr bb's laptop is having a hissyfit and we can't download them quite yet:D . Still patience is a virtue;) .
Victory - always good to hear you happy :T . clairabelle - well done on your 2 stone award. You are going to feel great at the wedding, as you will have lost more by then too:j .
kpc - I think missyg's idea is best - enjoy your weekend away and cut back before and after.
delly - I should think the creche will be losing customers left right and centre. I know good childcare costs, but most people just don't have that sort of extra money. As for sw: it will take a few weeks to get your head round some of it and you'll be looking in your 'book' 500 times aday. But things do kick into place and much of it is second nature to me now and I love red days, being a meat eater. Feel free to ask loads of questions.I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -
