Since people are talking about bras again, perhaps someone could help me out. I'm a 42G and would really really like to find a really good sports bra (for horse riding as horses tend to be bouncy creatures at times) My current best option are my old nursing bras - but they can't be doing much as I didn't even notice when I left one unclipped once!
I had enough trouble finding sports bras when I was a D cup, so I've just been kind of ignoring the problem, but if anyone can recommend anywhere, it would be much appreciated.
I have had a couple of bras from them and they seem very good with their ranges.

:D just on me.
.........I think you and I share a 'type'
That's interesting stuff about different BMIs for men and women. I had no idea about that. Excellent point, and hopefully clears it up (can't be bothered to check)
The top similar to yours is great - gotta love that they call it the Shock Absorber lol0 -
afternoon all. this morning id lost that 2and 1/2 pounds. but now theyve all gone back on. still hopefully that means im heading for a loss on tuesday, we shall see.
re calorie counting. i bought a food tables book for the purpose remembering how great they were back int he day when i had to plan balanced meals for home economics a-level. but working from scratch i got bored and got sick of things telling me i hadnt had enough calories when i couldnt possibly eat anything more so i gave it up. its harder to do when someone else cooks and you dont knwo exactly what went in, and i eat with my friends most evenings.
all this talk of wii fit, i want one. well i want a wii and zelda first lol, probably wont manage to get one till the enxt console comes out though, ive only had my gamecube for 2ish years.
i got a new bt home hub today, since they talked me into it and bt vision at 6quid a month but 3 months free. i didnt expect a big difference in internet speed but wow its great (now its working after a phoen call to them to fix the wireless stuff). hopefully when the vision box comes ill be able to actually watch telly in my bedroom instead of just dvds.0 -

Wotcha Suggs. Well done on the loss! Don't you just hate it when there's an overall loss but the body fat is up and muscle mass down. Grrr. Hopefully just a one week blip and it'll sort itself out next time
But an overall loss is a good thing.
My Nike stuff has been despatched! :j I'm soon going to be able to run uninterrupted! And yet another sports bra is on the way, one I'd totally forgotten I'd ordered, haha.
What's everyone up to this weekend?
Thanks Missy, I too hope it is a blip, these things happen and the good thing about been anal and noting everything, is that something similar happened a few weeks ago, and it was indeed a blipI keep intending to add weights to the my gym session every week, and every week I fail, maybe this is the little kick up the bum I need?
I am fitting a window and a back door tomorrow with a mate, so DIY man for the weekend, guess I have to get my tools out
Good to see all your kit is on its way Missy, must admit to been impressed with your resolve, I hope to go for an outdoor run Sunday, I will swear blind EVERYONE will be looking at the red faced tubby bloke trying to run :rotfl:Proud Member of the Lose Weight Thread on I Wanna..................

Ive picked Italy. Purely because ive been there 3 times and 3 is my lucky number
Football isnt my forte. I support arsenal and i enjoy watching them play, no other team like them! I get very passionate about england as a footie team. Nearly killed me once when i had to work during a game!
Although in one world cup during my work experience Bill Oddie himself was staying at the hotel i was working in and i said to him, "is freddie Ljungberg playing?" he said, "ohh no i dont think so" FAMOUS I AM. I also gave his room a once over. He was filming badgers in kent, i flicked through this book he had about it ha. I also cleaned his toilet and he had a blue toothbrush!0 -

Firstly, my pics send all the girls rushing for the sick bags, and secondly I'm not taking any congratulations at all for the job until it's finished, which it isnt yet.

I agree with missy, it would be great to see more pictorial sucess stories, even if the shy ones need to cover their face or something? It's good inspiration and anyway, why shouldn't you shout your achievements loud and proud?
Anyway most of us have seen them and we are still here :rotfl:0 -

Lemon Drop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no and more no!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why arent those old nursing bras in the bin? Theyre probably the most unsupportive bra you can get, aswell as making people look like they have boobs down to their belly button! My advice to you is to go to bravissimo or something. I would try and steer clear from online stores cos at your size you need the proper fit ect.
at 42G youre never going to get a sports bra that doesnt make you wobble a bit, but you might even be a bit too big in the back if your loosing weight. I know alot of women who loose weight and 9/10 if comes off their back. If you can get to 40 you would have more choice that is for sure. Where i work our sports bras stop at a 38/40 and other than that my knowlege on sports bras (especially other makes other than shock absorber) is quite limited.
How you ride a horse at 42G in just a nursing bra i will never know. That must be soo painful lemon drop!
Im trying not to talk about bras or lingerie in the hope it will surpress my passion. I have compilled all my swimwear together and have now realised its travelled across. I havent done a count but i have 2 swimsuits, 3 tankinis and im thinking theres about 8 bikinis in there. How stupid cos im too scared to wear a bikini, i look gay in a tankini and my swimsuits are my saviour!0 -
