oooh lemondrop, watch your back - vix\will be there with a tape measure any seco now . . .

seriously, thats some great advice from our resident bra fitting expert, you should definitely take some action. go to the berlei shock absorber website - http://www.shockabsorber.co.uk/bounceometer/shock.html (aka ajax's favourite website) to see what you could be doing . . .

have a great weekend folks. OH and i are in the same place ALL WEEKEND! this hasn't been known for a while. So, lots of scrabble and a roast goose on sunday. A buit nervous as i have nervous cooked a goose before and it's huge and was horrifically expensive. however, with enough roast potatoes, he'll eat anything . . . .

Speaking of Brighton belle she hasn't posted since about Tuesday  Hope everything's OK.

Have a lovely weekend everyone. I am hoping to get my holiday details sorted out once and for all but something else has cropped up now and I've got even more I need to consider! In a good way though.

I've done a 30 min cross trainer sesh today, 2x 2km walks and 1.5 hours on the wii fit which included 30 mins jogging. I might go for another 5k walk/run tomorrow, then no exercise Sunday. I'll see how I feel :)

Erlqueen - I love sport, don't like pink, and I can't think of any "girlie" things I'm into.... :rotfl: guess that's me sorted!

Have a good weekend with your tools Suggs :) Hope the run happens, you will have to report back! Just enjoy yourself and don't worry about whether people are looking or not, you're doing it for your own benefit and that's all that matters!

This thread always goes really quiet on a Friday night and it's the one evening a week where I usually don't have much work to do
