I'm so ignorant --- who is the bloke in the black shorts?

He seems to have a foot missing (or possibly it's fixed on backwards) and his legs are very short .... not that I'm fussy but I agree with Vix on this one.

But then I fancy Stewart from Timeteam so I am a hopeless case

    Its Bond......James Bond

Or Daniel Craig to his Friends :)

hello all - I'm fine thanks missy, I've just been busy and unusually not been able to get on line. Tues/wed I was at my parents, thurs I was el knackered and today at the South of England show which was great fun (bought a new bag beanie and pet - but not a radley - suede leaf green) Saw funky wellies on sale and thought of kpc and saw a sign saying - I've got a slim woman inside me screaming to get out: I keep her quiet with chocolate:D .
Aw vix - you must have missed my piccies last time. I am happy to post up more (thanks for finding them suggs) but I don't like my after photos - my OH has just agreed they don't look like me. I'll try and get some more taken tomorrow and then post (well, I'll wait til you're back from your weekend away vix).
    Must go to bed.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

Well I had a try at some scantily clad after pictures this evening :rotfl: but I will need to do them properly another time I think.

Raph, amazing photos! What a daredevil, hats off to you. You look fabulous. Best I've got is paragliding...

Good luck with that 2 week plan Jules! 1200 isn't a lot for anyone, I know exactly what it's like  Hopefully it'll do the trick for you!

Wendy I'm a bit worried about you m'dear - first those headaches and now a migraine?

Good to see you BB thanks for posting that you're OK :)

    I'm not tired. I might plan tomorrow's menus :p

Well I hope you don't suffer from any more headaches now. Your health needs to come first :) Have you got any plans this weekend?
