What's the fat attack fortnight Jules? What do you have to do for that?
It's a strict 2 week plan of 1200 calories per day (which for me isn't a lot) lots of salad , no fat , no alcohol and no treats! lol
It will hopefully get me back on track with my eating programme.

I don't know, I spend one day in bed with a migraine and theres pages to get through [I'll have another one at this rate ]ajax you wanted to know about my fast forward , well I lost 3lb,I thought it might be more but I'm not complaining , I have come of it now as I prefer green days on SW and as you said theres not much variety , plus for 3 days out the 7 I had a headache but not like the stonking one I've just got rid of , I feel like I'm feasting after a fast , but I'm trying not to overdue the free food , just hope theres not a gain to show for it thats all . Which diet do you follow ajax? is it SW as well?l:T Never Too Old to learn :T0
