    Hi every one,

Well im back on the slimming world wagon, i rejoined yesterday and just wanted to know something about the grab & go healthy extra choices, if we choose a grab & does this count as both healthy extra B choices or could we also still h ave another b choice.

Im thinking of having the 4 ryvitas, but also planning on having a jacket spud for tea, 4 ryvitas seem quite a lot to be able to choose 2 b's

hope someone can help with this, also hope u can understand what im saying..

    thanks

    loops :)

........you impress me more and more every day. First golf, now cricket. I have never been tempted to have a tattoo but last year I tried to get the England cricket badge done on my upper arm. Unfortunately couldn't find a picture on tinternet that was detailed enough yet big enough so the tattooist advise against it :(

Thanks for the advice about the bag bonanza but I'll hold out for the summer dresses one :D

didnt have you down as a chav ajax :p If you were ever going to get a sporting tattoo then i think the english cricket one is the best!

I am quite a fan of sport. F1 and cricket are my faves, aswell as rugby. Been watching them from birth but my boyfriend isnt a sport man at all so i have watched less since ive been with him. Back in the day (like today actually) i would sit and a cricket match all day. Dunno if thats laziness or what haha.

I do have quite a large boy side i think. Thank god i like pink else i'd be on a one track road heading to lesbianism.

    Afternoon all

Busy day yesterday and not too bad today, though I notice the chat is around before and after pics, Ajax has posted at least twice his fine offerings, so I would suggest he is well placed to get on the rota along with Marion :) I am sure someone has posted a pic as well that we could use??

Got home from Lichfield last night at 5.30 and went straight to the gym, couldnt get on the treadmill, so two sessions on the crosstrainer and the bike in between. Am posting a loss of 0.6lb which I am happy with. but the figures have all gone pearshaped.

Body Fat UP from 23.8% to 25.3%
Muscle Mass DOWN from 72.51 to 70.99
BMI Down from 32.0 to 31.9
    Body Weight lost 43.8%

Had a good week on ebay, sold some older clothes again, these are older rugby shirts and some I bought in Hong Kong, but the sizing was wrong, the large was nearly an XXL, so all in all £120 to the recloth me fund :) and some more going to the chairty shop too. So maybe I can join the Wii club???

Back soon, need to make some calls and order some books from Amazon, I might be on a weeks course in nine days "Interconnecting network devices part 1" Thrilled I wont be

.. featured publication on Have I Got News For You tonight I believe :D

Yeah, Lichfield doesn't offer much does it?

And dude, 0.6 lbs is great whether you're maintaining or losing!!! You can still take your pick from there :)

Britain in 2008: This would be funny if it wasn't so true

I really can't work out whether to congratulate or commisserate raph ;) I guess our outlook on these things are different :D

I don't mind them on other people ;):D just on me.

Wonderful news on the shrinkage raphael :j . I (un)fortunately never had a ‘problem’ like that but my friend did. Every summer I could have cried with her as her straps caused her shoulders to bleed. The fact that she worked in a very hot kitchen didn’t help her and eventually she went under the knife :(

I have seriously thought about surgery before, I even once asked my doctor to get it done on NHS as I can't afford it, but she said no. I was even planning to save up after I'm debt free.
I knew losing the weight would make them smaller, but wasn't expecting such a change. Looks like I won't be needing that surgery now :D

...what??? Is it really that bad to be .. ahem!... stacked?.
I've not had it that bad, but I have had a bad back, always need to be in a bra or I'm polishing my shoes, can't run cos I'll get black eyes. (I strap 'em down tight for the gym :rotfl:) etc etc.
Incidentally since I've started losing the weight, I've noticed I've been standing and sitting up straighter, they obviously aren't as heavy anymore and I can stand up properly now!!:D

Pet, is that really the case about BMI? My doc told me that sub 20 was underweight, 20-25 was in a good range and 25+ was lardy. You'd think that if they used a scale and called it official, then at least it would be blinking rigid. I wonder how many different variations are going around lol

Don't forget the BMI will be different for men and women, and age.

    Ok,
Since people are talking about bras again, perhaps someone could help me out. I'm a 42G and would really really like to find a really good sports bra (for horse riding as horses tend to be bouncy creatures at times :o) My current best option are my old nursing bras - but they can't be doing much as I didn't even notice when I left one unclipped once! :o:o:o I had enough trouble finding sports bras when I was a D cup, so I've just been kind of ignoring the problem, but if anyone can recommend anywhere, it would be much appreciated.

At the moment I wear my normal bra, and wear a tight sports top over it, kinda like this one. (Got mine cheaper in Sports Soccer thou) As just having either/or doesn't help, but both keep them secure. :D

Wotcha Suggs. Well done on the loss! Don't you just hate it when there's an overall loss but the body fat is up and muscle mass down. Grrr. Hopefully just a one week blip and it'll sort itself out next time :) But an overall loss is a good thing.

Everyone needs to PM Ajax for the Euro 2008 thingy :p I know nothing about football but I do know with the team I've been allocated I've got no chance :rotfl: so with me out of the way everyone else's odds are now better!

My Nike stuff has been despatched! :j I'm soon going to be able to run uninterrupted! :D And yet another sports bra is on the way, one I'd totally forgotten I'd ordered, haha.

What's everyone up to this weekend?
