Hi all
I'm cream crackered today!I've been really going for it exercisewise and I'm feeling the toll. On Thurs (after Aquafit was cancelled) I did two lengths and 45 mins on crosstrainer and another 20 mins on the xtrainer later that eve. Then yesterday did two lots of 30 mins and two mile jog around the park. Also did some arm and leg exercises. Today feel like a flat battery! Need to rest though as I'm jogging again in the morning and hope to do three miles.
Raph - Brill news about the bras size! I have probs with my boobs when I'm running! If I don't strap em down I could give myself a black eye.Cheeses me off when I go to buy bras as when you are a big girl a big cup needs better support than the small ones. What looks pretty on the whole feels really uncomfortable and the tiny straps can cut in!
Well done Mark and Louise
Lemondrop Well done too. I'm sure with your determination you'll get back on track!I would if I could but I can't so I won't!0 -
ajaxgeezer yelped ...what??? Is it really that bad to be .. ahem!... stacked?
Oh yes definitely plus there is the whole issue of the damage it does to your back!!! Trouble was she was very slim anyway and if she'd lost weight she would have looked ill. Mindst if we were ever stuck on a desert island at least she had the hammocks with her :rotfl:
... that's simple enough. Other people are much, much more deserving and better examples.
Oh phish! Give your okay to get them up there...

.....yeah she's impressive for a little 'unMissy, I haven't forgotten to post up my scores and stuff - I did some last Sunday and will hopefully finish the list on Monday when I'm off work. Haven't used it since then - more than enough golf to make up and another competition on Sunday.

...if you're looking under the table, that's not mayonnaise....
Wendy has been quiet since posting her loss. I wanna hear her Fast Forward updatesOh phish! Give your okay to get them up there...
..... nope. Firstly, my pics send all the girls rushing for the sick bags, and secondly I'm not taking any congratulations at all for the job until it's finished, which it isnt yet.
Ummm.... sorry it's not WL but at least it's MS! Shall we have a free-to-enter sweep on Euro 2008, just to create a bit of rivalry between us? First 15 people to PM me with just their favourite food in the PM get assigned a team totally at random. Just a bit of fun!.. alhough I can already imagine missy's competitive streak coming out, her shouting at the telly, smashing the house up cos she's desperate to beat tagz on penalties0 -
Ok,
Since people are talking about bras again, perhaps someone could help me out. I'm a 42G and would really really like to find a really good sports bra (for horse riding as horses tend to be bouncy creatures at times) My current best option are my old nursing bras - but they can't be doing much as I didn't even notice when I left one unclipped once!
I had enough trouble finding sports bras when I was a D cup, so I've just been kind of ignoring the problem, but if anyone can recommend anywhere, it would be much appreciated.

Hey everyone!
Im going to london tomorrow!! £17 each to get there by train or £20 to go by the coach for 2 of us. Alot cheaper, but it will take us 2 hrs 5 mins to get there by coach, versus 1 hr 26mins by train. Im slightly voting for the train, and the views of the kent countryside are better from a train. Im sooooooooooooooooooooooo excited, im not sure where to go! Still havent done london proper. The most sadest thing is that i have a big urge to go to the Primark!! although i cant be done with london queing.
Then sunday im off to silverstone. Weather looks wicked so sun tan hopefully! Friend has offered to give us a lift so no driving either. Woo.
Missyg: Targets arent my thing! ha. Well, they are kind of. I just seem to be able to maintain too much that i cant lose or gain. Perhaps i can pass on my maintaining streak to a maintainer, in exchange for their fab losses!
Ive got that friday feeling. Apart from having nausia. Its doing my head in now this period lark, i finished my period last week and i still feel like im due on. Nausia, cramps that sorta thing. Its quite worrying, i know im turning into my mother with each year that goes past
anyway, hope everyones doing well and spiffy. Have a good weekend incase i dont pop back on. No doubt i will though!!0 -

......if they are return prices then train here too. 2 hours in a coach on a hot day doesn't sound fun.0 -
thats what i was thinking ajax. Plus its a direct train. The coach does the uni and then bluewater and then london probably so it takes sodding ages. Last time we did london was on our 1st anniversary, it was such a long day. Tried to do the whole of london cos weve never really "done it" before.
I wanna do the science museum. Never done the free ones before.
Girlies and ajax: dunno if youve seen but oxfam are having a bag bonanza today, prada, guicci those sort of names! Would love a proper designer bag, best ive got is radley but thats gone far too popuar now. I might try and sell my bags on ebay, but they were bought on my 18th and 21st so actually i might keep them.
Im watching the cricket at the mo. Its good stuff! Would love to see england play, best ive done is australia! I should say that more often, anderson has just bowled mcCullum!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!0 -
Blimey Tagz, good going with the exercise there!
Glad you're scheduling in a rest day. Bails will yell at you if you don't
I've done 30 mins on the cross trainer just to keep things ticking over today.
Erlqueen - wii fit is great! I wasn't sure how I'd get on with it seeing as I don't play ANY computer games, and I already do a fair bit of other exercise so I was sceptical - but I find it complements it really nicely
Hahaha Ajax... the only person I really compete seriously against is myself...
Lemon Drop - with sport bras I've learnt that what's good for one person won't necessarily work for another. Virtually every recommendation I was given has been a no-no for me. This time around I reckon I've tried on in excess of 20 styles of bra, to find one that is both a good fit and good support. Get yourself along to a bra fitter to start with, if that doesn't work order loads online, choose the highest impact kind, read everything you can about how a good sports bra should fit, run up and down the stairs and compare them - BE FUSSY! I was an F cup, now DD and there is virtually no movement with the right bra onGood luck!

........you impress me more and more every day. First golf, now cricket. I have never been tempted to have a tattoo but last year I tried to get the England cricket badge done on my upper arm. Unfortunately couldn't find a picture on tinternet that was detailed enough yet big enough so the tattooist advise against it
Thanks for the advice about the bag bonanza but I'll hold out for the summer dresses one0
