My mouth watered seeing post #193!!! Dangerous.... :)

Day 3 of my diet today and still being good. I had a major sugar crave earlier so I ate three little asda low-fat cake slice things (I had planned to just have one) but still, better than a Mars bar!

I did check out the Gym in work today, they've taken the times down! grr! I think it is actually available at all times though, because the unit I work in is open 24/7 and the Gym just needs a door code to get in :) I weighed myself in there today and the scales say worse than I had thought which made me sad, but more determined for a loss next week!!

Annoyingly I am working off site Thu and Fri so I can't visit the Gym but I am on-site ALL next week so no excuse! I will go out walking lots this weekend though to make up for it.

I hope everyone is having a good week so far!
katiepoppycat - I am using the tesco tracker, its strange having to re-programme my brain from "points" to "totals" though! it seems that 1pt = just over 2 totals but it still confuses me, especially when I see that I have 10 totals left because I tend to think thats LOADS but its not really.

Hi Cookinmummy :hello:you must think I am following you around MSE :p
The only problem now is, what if Mystery Shopping conflicts with my weight loss? Luckily my next two assignments can be healthy, one I have to buy salad and the other I can buy any main meal (so probably salad again! :rotfl: )

Its okay grannynise, I really need to get used to being able to look at chocolate and not want any, my workplace is really bad for people bringing in chocolate cakes, biscuits, doughnuts etc! :D

did i mention that delivery i was waiting for finally arrived yesterday? Only 1 of the 2 parcels though, and they've bashed it around the depot which means that 2 jars of mayonnaise have spludged EVERYWHERE. managed to rescue 3 out of 12. so MORE phone calls now!
