  • Hi everyone,

Thanks for the new thread Suggs, the before and after pictures are so inspiring. I can't wait until I am in a position to post mine!

I'm reporting a 1lb loss this week. I'm a bit disappointed as I had been really good all week and was hoping for 2lb to get my 2 stone award. My consultant said it could be due to all the walking I've been doing as muscle weighs more than fat. I did know that but I'm not convinced as it wasn't "hard" exercise I was doing. Never mind I [STRIKE]hopefully[/STRIKE] will get my award next week.

Congrats to all the losers and maintainers and big hugs to the gainers - there's always next week!

Also, welcome to all the newcomers - you've come to a fantastic place!

Hi my boyfriend has been on a diet and has lost 6lbs in 2 days. I know it sound too good to be true but it is. I just wanted to share the soup recipe because i thought it was great. Only thing with the diet is you need to be careful when you stop the detox or it will pile back on ( Like anything else i suppose) and good thing is you can have as much of the soup as you like! :)

This isnt spam (personally im too thick for that kind of thing) it really is real.

If anyone does these please let me know how you get on.

http://www.freelancebyu.com/Unite.htm and if you have a look down the list you can see How i lost 15lbs easily.

    Good Luck :)

It is dangerous to lose that amount of weight in such a short space of time.

Where is the scientific evidence for detoxing by the way? Utter tosh.

You really shouldn't post up such irresponsible rubbish.

Sorry but i thought it was great. That why i said you need to watch and eat healthily when you stop doing it as you just pile it back on.

If you dont like it then dont do it, just dont shoot the messenger. I only posted a diet that worked thats all.

wow what a great cake, i remember once my mum tried to make me a hedgehog cake. it didnt turn out like that though, nor much like a hedgehog either. artistic talent is rather scarse in my family.

there was discussion a few days ago about chaffing thighs. this year for the first time ever i have this problem. but i have found a solution thanks to some very wise ladies in another community i belong too. deodorant works. toay i fished my anti-perspirant deo stick out of my gym bag and liberally treated my thighs to it. i managed a 30minute walk in a skirt without any sticking or chaffing or soreness. much cheaper than my other plan of buying cycling shorts to wear under skirts and much more cost effective since clothes bought to fit me at this size wont fit for long.
