Hi there, i took the plunge and joined my local SW club last night - all a bit overwhelming for the first one but noticed that some ladies had Hi Fi bars in their bags so looked online and they have like 7 syns each which seems a lot - can they also be a HE or am i missing something?

    Debs

Hi Debs - I go to SW and I am sure you will love it. Yes the HI-FI bars are quite high in syns but they are also a HEB and they do help stave off the hunger pangs as they are high in fibre.

I prefer to use 2 Alpen lights as a HEB choice as I can have one morning and one in the afternoon with a coffee.

Best of all for me anyway is scanbran. They used to sell it a slimming world but it hasn't been available there for awhile. You can buy it at Holland & Barrett though. You can have 5 of these as a HEB or count then as 1/2 syn each. I have 5 a day covered in a quark/fruit yoghurt mixture with fresh fruit piled on top. Two at breakfast with my porrige or whatever else I am having and then 3 around 5 pm which keeps me nice and full before dinner at 8ish.

    Good luck

    Hi Lovely Peeps :j

I hope that everyone is feeling :j because there are a lot of good losses this week :j well done to you all, sorry there are so many names and I don't want to miss anyone out but you're all brilliant:T . For the odd few (and I don't mean that you're 'odd' odd :o ) that have gained or disappointed, well done for being brave enough to admit to this, I know it isn't easy, but I'm sure you'll have better results next week ;) ...

...Lots of lovely new peeps so 2bobw0.giffredsnail (I love that name :rotfl: ) Louise, fitorbust and debs ...

...Suggs I think your misreading of that name is a Freudian slip ;);) ...

...Raph You aren't alone when it comes to thighs unfortunately. Even though my weight is now okay, when I look down, there are still two humungous thighs wobbling back at me  They have been worse but I wish they were better...

...A v v important tennis match a bit later this afternoon - the gorgeous Gonzo:heartsmil who has just had two brilliant matches, now meets Roger Mr smug git I've got a bit of talent Federer 1zdxcsl.gifso I shall be watching and just hoping that the best man wins ;) :rotfl: . Rafa plays tomorrow. We're at the business end of the tournament now (quarter finals) so you only have a few more days of this from me :o but then :rotfl: it's Queens :j :j

Hi all. Some great losses this week - well done. I have handed the chart over to the extremely capable hands of Lois Lane for the moment (as I am on my hols in an hour or so!) - she was the guru of the chart before we part-timers took it over! I am sure you will still post all your losses big and bold to help her out...
