    Hi Sooz

Soz to hear you have had a poo day!

Put it behind you - start afresh tomorrow. None of us are perfect - if we were what a boring place this world would be!

Plan your food for tomorrow so you know you will be in control.

Am going to Aqua Aerobics in the evening, then doing some lenghts afterwards! Should be good. If not, then its off for a walk :):)

    Did anyone purchase this?

Just wondering if anyone else is doing the walking/ skipping challenge? Or if there are other "at home" workouts that I can do.

The less money I spend the better :D

    Hi Katiepoppycat

I tried this method a few years ago and found it worked extremely well, only ballache being the counting but you can get round that with good planning.

Hope it goes well. Keep us posted! :T

I got some older workout DVDs from Amazon - they're still the big names ie Rosemary Connelly, Davina, Nell McAndrew etc but as they're a couple of years old they're sometimes really cheap.

If you have a friend you can swop the DVD's after a bit so you don't get bored of the same one.

Welcome to wanttobeasaver and fitorbust I hope you both are successful in losing all you want to.

Starlight. Thank you so very much for putting your amazing and so very successful journey on here. I had a few tears reading it (most for you, but some for me), but it really couldn't have come on a better day for me as I'd felt totally down and unmotivated after buying a couple of new blouses and 2 bras today and all of them being the next size up! I came back so deflated (I wish!) thinking I'd never lose any more weight.

Then I came on here and read about your journey and it's made me know that I too CAN lose what I wish IF I do all the necessary exercise and cut down a little on the food. With all the rain we've had lately it's curbed the walking a lot, but no matter what, I need to do some indoors and stick to it. I'm not really that big, but I'm a fair bit larger than a few years ago and a lot larger than I want to be or feel comfortable with. I hope someday to have the success that you and suggs have found.

Thanks so much Starlight and thanks for letting suggs put it on so I can read it whenever I feel like today!

    go ajax!

reporting in with a 0.4kg gain this week, not entirely unexpected. Was hoping that one of the benefits of calorie/fat counting was that i could have my favourite cereal again - well, just weighed out the 30g portion and used only 80ml of milk to cover it - thats how little there was. Well, going to persevere till the end of hte month, and even if it only makes me appreciate sw then i guess it's worth it. Started off with the tesco tracker too, but frustratingly enough, if it isn't in their log then there's no way of entering new foods - so i've spent ages clicking on various similar things to find a nutritional profile that matches the food i'm eating!

    have a nice day everyone!
