Well done TAGZ that is blimming excellent!!! I would be very proud if i were you
BB: Im proud to say i have seen two tour de frances. Proper good it was too. Its funny cos today the vixarooni family went out for a meal to the pub that we watched the last tour de france at! I doubt you would have seen me on tv but when i watched the highlights of it it missed our part because we werent that far away from the finishing line. The finishing line is still painted on the road, its faded a bit but its still there.
I got up at 5:30am this morning!! Considering i had to let matt in at gone midnight, and the night before that i was in bed at half one, i think i did well! I got up to decorate the lounge for mum and dads 40th anniversary. Balloons, confetti and banners are all over the place. Plus i put some wedding pics around, she really liked it. Its been a fab day.
Pinklipgloss and lois: I know what you mean, i have nothing to lose but its all very scaryfied and its a realisation that i gotta be big and not small
Kent rule ajax, but i dont think theyre going to win it this time. My mums pharmasist is the wife of van jarsveld ha. I have claimage to fameage. Swear i saw rob key in town yonks ago but cos im the olnly one who likes cricket no one could verify.0 -

I estimate it at about 50 cals per half hour for me. It's considerably less of a workout than the other stuff I do which is upwards of 100 per half hour
This will of course vary from person to person though!0 -
Spain won Euro 2008, so well done Victory for winning the Lose Weight sweepstake.

I got the bike out of the garage and rode it for almost 2 miles. Actually 1.77 miles but 2 sounds better. I don't know how long it took me because I was too [strike]excited[/strike] terrified to think about looking at the time. The really good thing was that I stayed on the road (and on the bike!) the whole way. I find the cars very scarey so the temptation to ride on the pavement was huge.
Apart from my quiet street I always ride on the pavements!! I'd rather dodge a few people than risk the bigger danger of getting knocked off by a car.
And a helmet is aways a must!

Morning,
Of course it's a nice day KPC - it's a work day!!
Bah - Germany lost. I did tell all the Germans last Tuesday that they'd be in the final against Spain but then they'd lose. I hope they are still talking to me :rotfl:
I had a fab time in Germany, even though it was a business trip, but dreading tonights weigh in  . Everyone kept taking us out to eat.
Oh well, another day, another Euro. Hope everyone is well. I'm sure there are too many pages for me to catch up on. Unless you've all been very quiet for the last week. WOAH!!! A flying pig^^
EDIT: and to show I'm not a sore loser 'YEY' victory >< Congrats on your win0 -
Morning All
Many Many Thanks for recognising my sub100Kg efforts, I do appreciate it and it means so very much to me.
Busy weekend as always, I tidied my study and moved the shelving around, following the fitting of the door and window, It now feels more like an office again! yesterday was gym and sorting things out for today.
Only have time for a quicky as I am heading down to Eastleigh, near Southampton, a mere 230 mile round trip, I hope the M1 behaves itself.
As we are racing towards LW22 at a rate of knots, any suggestions for the poll of the thread, struggling to think of one at the moment.
So Well Done to you tagz, chufed to bits for you, great time also.
Missy I am to blame for Eve of the War, if you want it I can send it over? PLG some good songs there, funny how gym/exercise playlists are so varied. Oddly I struggle to listen to my podcasts at the moment.Raph, How was the Big man on Friday was it any good??
Spain won Euro 2008, so where are you Victory I want to see you smiling :rotfl::D:j:beer: (Edit: Oh there you were!! lol)

Morning everyone
Congrats on winning the sweepstake Victory! Hopefully they will still be celebrating in Spain when you get there!
So glad you had a good time Erlqueen, no don't dread the scales! Holidays are different to normal weeks
Babykat I don't think you can go far wrong with that treadmill/cross trainer package. The Kirsty one appealed to me because of it's more compact size (as I have two other pieces of gym equipment to fit into a smallish room and I like to scoot them into the lounge sometimes too!). I get on just great with it, but considering the price deal and Tagz's recommendation I think I'd go for the York if I were you! Let us know how you get on!
Certainly sounds like a busy weekend Suggs, trust the DIY all went OK? Bit of a road trip for you today! Yes, weight loss is very costly in the clothes department.... but also a really good opportunity to start the wardrobe again from scratch I think
Weigh in details to follow... it deserves a separate post this week so you'll all know that means good news0
