    Thanks Missy :)

I cant but want to exercise more, I love cycling, swimming, etc Just HATE the gym!!!.....I'm getting used to the eating side of it, its just the exercise part that seems to hold me back :(:( .

But im going for a taster session of Tae Kwon Do on Thursday, which should be entertaining!!

Granny Im glad you are thinking "Safety First!!" with your new spangly helmet :) I normally go out risking I will crack my head on a curb haha

    hi all!!

bit of an easy day for me today, i was playing on the wii for hours last night and i am aching!!!

been out for a short walk with my fitflops on, i think they seem to be working so far but hard to tell this early!

listened to my paul mckenna cd twice today... makes me very motivated to lose weight and exercise! you guys who are talking about maintaining weight might find that his cd helps??? you eat what you want but it teaches you to stop when your hungry, in theory meaning you dont pig out!

    ......<perk>.... what?

Vix, I'm presuming Kent are your cricket team of choice? If so then it's a shame that you won't be making the Twenty20 final as you'll be losing out to the mighty Bears :)

Nnnnoooooooooo grannycome baaaaaack: it's scary out there:D
    (Bb's secretly very impressed).
Ah missyg...Phil lygott, those indeed were the days. Perhaps I've had a long enough break to cope with a different coverage - if it is ITV2 it might prompt me to buy a lead for the freebybox we were given ooh, about 18 months ago...Yes , I used to dream ofspending 3 weks folowing the race round france with a camper van (well technically preceeding the race and being in position for it to pass).
well done lysa - sounds like you are phocusing well. Just off to google fitflops..
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once
  • Well done on the bike grannynise, I bought a cycle helmet for the first time last Monday, wore it for the first time yesterday - it feels weird.

I thought I should wear one as I have always made the kids wear them.

    Hi BabyKat

MissyG is right - I have this crosstrainer. I love it! I bought it for £99.

    http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/3350362/Trail/searchtext%3ECROSSTRAINER.htm

Use it nearly everyday and it has a smooth running motion on it. A friend of mine has the Kirsty one and whilst it is good I much prefer mine. The longer base makes it really comfortable and sturdy.

If the treadmill on its own is the same price as the package it sounds like good value to me!
    I would if I could but I can't so I won't!
