bbB - I don't mind either way, whichever is easiest for you. I do have to admit that I'll probably be much later posting from ime to time it's probably easiest that my post will be the first of the following week's chart.

Thanks for taking the time out to look!

  • MOT, I don't know your story, but well done for staying positive, you're really brave for that.

missyg, thanks for being understanding, I felt I was letting you down.

Vix, take a break but make sure you stick around - you often have me in stitches - generally yours are rather 'memorable' posts.

BB, thanks for doing the list.

Losers - well done all of you.

Kenny, hope your pooch is feeling better and that she's now at home on her own bed, it's amazing how quickly they find their way into our hearts.

3lb loss woohoo I'm so excited. The scales were hovering between the 3-4lb mark but decided to call it 3lb.I only need to loose another 1lb to have lost a stone.I'm so pleased with myself and know it's all down to the walking. My walking partner has gone back to work this week and I miss her so much.I need a good kick to get out there on my own.
Well done to everyone on here and keep going :)

    Hi everyone

Well done all you losers esp Annie & Kymrob

I'm gonna kick off this month as I hope it to carry on with a 1.5lb loss:D

I worked extra hard at RC tonight and I have the RC road show on Friday so lots of exercise to look forward to!!

I will vouch for MBT's I've had mine since last May and my core stability has improved no end. My back has got a lot better and my legs more toned. I'm considering buying another pair more like shoes so I can wear them to work with skirts etc.

I have considered the fit flop as well but will wait to try them on etc before I make any more comment.

Dragon hope you're feeling a bit better soon.

Beanie I had a look at the DS game and it comes with it's own Pedometer which you plug into the DS looks like fun - think I might buy one on pay day (cheapest I saw in high street was Woolies at abou £24.
    Weight loss since 01/08/07 - 72 lbs:j
