No wonder youre not on the thread much FFM, didnt know you were that flexible!!!!! :p

....I'd never leave the house, I tell ya!

FFM you could switch teams, or try to dispel the preconception that all male cabin crew are gay lol

OK vix, you can win but only if you tell me why the airline companies are happy to tell trainee crew that little-known secret, when they know it would be leaving themselves open to billions of dollars of compensation claims for negligence on behalf of everyone who ever died in a crash :D

Now back to important things. Why have you only just gone to central London recently when you live right on the doorstep?

    Hi all

I've started a Facebook group for regulars on this thread - if you've been coerced to sing on Facebook (like Ajax ;)) why not join up, heres a link.

OMG this is really bizarre - I can't believe I'm getting really excited watching a website update every two minutes. :rotfl: Rebecca Hudson is joint-leading the Tenerife Ladies Open on the last day - four holes to go. At least when Pet gets excited about tennis she's watching it, not a blimming two minute updater lol

I'm not sure I am ready to do the facebook thing Lois :o

lol bbelle - i had laser eye surgery a couple of years ago and you get given eye shields to stop you rubbing your eyes in your sleep - great big plastic things that look like big fly eyes that you stick to your face with surgical tape. Gave OH a turn a turn I can tell you. The muffins attackd me! Off to get in the bath where they can't com back and finish me off.

    ...... the glib answer : Yep, that's it :D

...... the real answer : It means people I know being able to see me and the WL thing. On the forum and on a web page it's easy to be 'covertly open' (?!) because the only people I interact with are not part of my social scene. It's easy to talk in throwaways because this is 'unreal' on here. Ok there's photos, but you'd be very unlucky. I don't feel secure enough to marry up facebook and the online LW thing yet.. maybe not ever. :o That makes no sense to anyone, does it? :( Maybe it's a man thing.
  • Ajax, not 'just a man thing', I know exactly what you mean.

Ajax, stop being gay!! They tell them because the air cabin crew have to adopt this position aswell, and if they didnt know the reason why then they would not be doing their job proper!! :p Oh and i dont live right on the doorstep, its easier for me to get to france than it is london. Its probably cheaper to get to france than london. It cost us £23.50 i think to get to london and back yesterday. The other day it cost us about £30 x that by 2 and you got £60 smackers. Its a rare event going to london for that reason i think.

I know what you mean about facebook. I try and keep it to people i know personally but suggs and missyg have slipped onto it, although i think missyg said to me dont mention anything weight loss related. I try to keep this between me, the lappy and you guys :) matt hates this whole moneysavingexpert thing, i dunno why cos the amount of his money that i use, i would have thought he would have been well up for me trying to make my pound go further but no! He always makes comments about me spending his money but i know he secretly likes it, it fulfills that "im a manly provider box" that men have.

Im in the mood for babling. Im half tidying my room up, we have probably half our stuff in about 15 carrier bags that we cant fit into our storage. Ive only got 4 small draws but by the time you got knickers, bras, sleepwear and tops that i can save for not being hung it doesnt leave room for all the other stuff.

ok i think ive babbled enough! Oh man, i found a pic in my diary! it was when i was a minger, size 16, pre hair straightners and everything. I picked out the worst pics i could find of myself when i was losing the weight back then as motivation. Maybe i should keep them out.

Im well hungry. twenty20 is on but i dont think that will keep me at bay. There is a banana next to me, perhaps i should eat that. i think i will. Why are sundays so blimming boring? I think they should abolish sundays and have two saturdays, at least i will get one saturday off for a change.

right i am done now. I'll go talk to my dad to let off a bit of verbal steam. Its funny when you get times where you just wanna talk talk talk talk.

    Does anyone have MSN?:p

I've done that very often when a match or tournament isn't being televised. I hope your lady wins :j ...

... I'm presuming that the reason you don't want to do Facebook is because we will all find out that you're really a posh bloke and your real name is Wilberforce Aloysious Naffington-Knights ;) of the famous Dudley Naffington-Knights :D ...

...kpc Only the bravest souls get laser eye surgery and I salute you  I'm a devout coward :o

    xxxx
I wish that I could be the oldest AND wisest....sadly it's not the latter :p but my time will come _party_ wooooh hoooh! Beware!!!!!!!
