btw can anyone answer my SW question? IS Special K bliss with chocoalte and berries a HEB at all?

It'd not in the book so I checked online and found this:

    Kellogg's Special K Bliss Orange & Chocolate Cereal Bar 22g bar - 4.5 syns

Is this what you were after?

    Raspberry + choc, 22g bar - 4.5 syns
    Strawberry + choc, only 3% fat, 28g bar - 5.5 syns
    Creamy berry crunch 5.5 syns

couldn't find one with just berries and choc

The glasses chat was interesting. I've been trying to get new sunglasses all year. Trouble is, ALL of the ones on the market at the mo seem to be those honking great big things. I look very stupid in them so i don't have any.
    quote]
yes, it was difficult finding sunglasses - particularly prescription ones as I had to try on glasses with clear plastic lenses and then imaginge them dark. I didn't want to go to big either but I had to be practical and get some big enough to really protect my eyes - the current small rectangular glasses just wouldn't be big enough (though bought some for my actual glasses which I really like.)Did find some at specsavers in the end, half way inbetween. But I guess you don't mean presecription ones kpc, just 'ordinary ones' They have to be a certain size to pretect your eyes from uva/b (or whatever) of course. A few years ago i was having medical treatment and had to wear these hideous huge clear plastic glasses from geek land for 24hrs twice a week and it was so embarrassing.
Can't believe how much you have to pay for glasses pet:eek: , Sounds unfair!
Sorry - I also couldn't find the special k thingies kpc and would be very suprised, with th choc element if they were a HEb.

Beautiful sunny day here. We really ought to try and get out and make the most of it...but haven't had breakfast yet:o . Neighbours had loud party last night and the music was thumping through the wall til about 1a.m. and wound my system up so I could sleep til 4.
A few treats are beginning to show on the scales, so boot camp between now and wed w.i. (My boot camp bears no relation to your victory however:rotfl: )

  • i'm now at home with 24 muffins - carnival cancelled. My freezer is stuffed with cooked meats and breadcrumbs. I've already given some to the neighbours, but this is going to be a dangerous day.

Quick, bung the muffins in the freezer too and bring them out for visitors - you'll stay thin and look dead impressive with hm cakes on offer.

Part of the reason for going out on my bike so early was that the weather was grey and windy and I thought I would avoid rain later. It's now sunny and windy

I'll take it back if you tell, in all honesty, that you have a typical welsh singing voice... :p

And to be even harsher - I'm sorry about the result last night.

.... oh ok, I admit it, I sing like a cats' chorus.

I'm just in an email chat with my mate Jan about the result now. Things are fairly philosophical... at least he can't keep reminding me that Holland are in and England are out now :) They just didn't turn up last night did they?

Meant to say earlier... I still count in sleeps too. Was telling Bailey last month that it was only x more sleeps until we took him to the seaside. :D

Lunch is in the microwave, and I only just about managed to ram it all in the tupperware dish. 800g of food, and all of it free on green :p

Vix - regarding the hoc addiction...I have the same problem but I find once I've gone a whole day wihtout it the second day is easier and then i snowballs so it becomes a habit (a constantly re-starting habit I'll admit but it has resulted in me being unable to eat yorkie bars now they just sugar me out). You could try what I've been doing all week....you will need.....3 largish tubs and a small tub, chop up a pineapple, melon and a mango and store each fruit in a different tub....oo...buy a bunch of grapes....stash the lot in the fridge...when you're dashing round in the morning take too sec while the kettle is boiling and dollop a bit of each fruit into the smaller tub...(I like keeping it separate coz sometimes you feel like your fave fruit more than the others)....put the lid on the smaller tub shove it in your bag and eat it when you're hungry...coz its come from the fridge it keeps relatively well over the day....

Fab idea, but i dont like pineapple, mango or melon. ha. But i guess i could do strawberry, grape and apple. See i can go awhile without a chocolate bar, but, give it a week and im dying. Although i do feel it more when ive had a chocolate bar in the same day, but its very hard to go a week without one. I blame my hormones! :p thanks for the suggestion

Vix thanks for that update on the [strike]Loon[/strike] sorry, Rooneys, I don't have any newspaper now that covers that important stuff. I'm willing to bet you'd marry the lovely Matt even if he was covered in pig's poo . Is your toe okay now? ...

    xxxx

I wouldnt marry matt in a million years if he was covered in pigs poo. Ha. I feel sorry for matt sometimes, i wonder if he truely knows whats in store for him in the next 50 years or whatever.

We get ok magazine in the staff room so i had a flick through. Shes only about the same age as me isnt she? Im glad i have all that to look forward to still.

My toe is ok, it still hurts and its still swollen but what can you do!

Ohh did you know why the cabin crew make you put your head between your legs when your on plane and its going to crash? Its because you'll break your neck and die instantly, rather than having to burn to death or something. Ive always wondered that and now i know! Thought it was quite juicy.
