Yes, kellogs cornflakes are well known historically as being developed as anti mastibation food - believe it or not I have a friend who 20 yrs ago as a church going young man was seriously recommended them, at a meeting for the men of the church, as a means to get their minds off sex!

Mama mia was the best thing i have ever seen. Better than the la traviata ballet, but you cant really compare abba to a classical composer
Sooooooo good. Our seats cost £59! not bad for a freebie! Even managed to work out the tube! We saw two trains go past at green park to picadilly i think it was. It was so full we couldnt get on and it was just our luck that the door didnt meet up to where we stood but thankfully i got my !!!! in the door.
Picadilly or wherever it is (the bit with loads of new york style advertising) was LUSH. Im going back there for a knees up mother brown affair. It was the best, wicked atmosphere. Shame we had to rush to get on the train (that burnt off some calories!) London is such a different place, the mix of people, all colours, sizes and strange fashion. We had about 3 people ask us where stuff was so we obviously looked like London pros
Right i gotta go and organise stuff for my parents anniversary. Wish me luck!!0 -

We makes planes here (or at least make the bits and Boeing/Airbus assemble them with Rolls Royce taking the engine bits). The brace position is adopted because it is the most effective position for the body to absorb its own shock and reduce the risk of serious injury, especially to the head and the legs. If you break your legs in a plane crash, no-one goes anywhere, same for head trauma. There's no reason to bend your head below your neck so that your chin goes into your chest, which is the way you'd break your neck. The advice for the head is that it should be resting against your palms, which are on top of each other and pressing against the seat in front. This prevents the seat in front making contact with the head - you can still walk with broken fingers. The lower the risk of head impact, the lower the risk of trauma, the higher chance of a safe evacuation.0 -
