Mr suggs, how caaaan you think you don't count n'more? I was responding in a here and now sense at the time to new dialogue on desires to do a triatholon between those too. You mustn't forget, my health is totally carp, so the things I would love to do I just can't , so sometimes, I can kind of imagine ,myself doing them through the experiences of others. And obviously its easier for me to imagine myself as one of the active girlies, rather than a hairy hunk of a rugby player - that forms a completely different fantasy:D .
Anyway - your stats were very good today - I see you fat% is down and muscle up which is very good (was it last week or the week before the fat% was mysteriously up a bit). I know you feel self consious at the thought of going out to run, but I bet it is a case of no one else batting an eyelid.

So much else to catch up on - I have been informed and entertained but please forgive for missing other peeps out - slumped on the sofa rather pooped.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once
  • Petrichor, thanks for the support and advice. My BMI is currently at 17.5, had a bit of a shock to start with 'cos I put in the wrong weight (struggled working out my weight in lbs) and it calculated it at 16.5, I think that = skeleton :rotfl:

Bails, I agree I liked Ajax's reply. It made me smile.

Love the breakfast link PLG, I read something similar in my magazine a few weeks ago (might have been from the same study), where it also mentioned that if you skip breakfast it forces your body to store most of the rest of the day's intake as fat!

Erlqueen, do you mean a backwards walkover? I can still do those, as I discovered last year! :D

Petrichor, gosh no need to swear on someones life - I totally believed you the first time! :D That is a great achievement, with dedication like that I don't think you have to worry too much about putting it on again!

Ajax :rotfl: "Why does Grandad watch two tellys?" "Because the third one's being fixed" :rotfl:

Bails :( Hope you have a great weekend to more than make up for a bad week. If it's not a sensitive question has there been any progress on the travel front?

Post that gain with pride FFM! It's anything but a failure, remember you weren't feeling great about the latest losses either, so to not feel good about the 'levelling' gain means you're doing an awful lot of not feeling good, when in my opinion you should be celebrating your brilliant maintaining! Please try to see it as the success that it really is xxx

We all MUST accept that maintaining means both losing and gaining, and for some people (such as myself) this might mean losing and gaining quite a bit as the weeks and months go by! :D I don't think I could ever get down as low as BMI 17.5 though... crikey!
