That's quite an achievement pet, I'm very impressed.
How many TVs will you be watching the tennis on this year? I imagine you to be like Grandad in Only Fools And Horses, watching two TVs sat next to each other
Aww bails, sorry to hear that.Group hug for bails... everyone gather round :grouphug:

Petrichor and missyg, I'm expecting a gain tomorrow as part of 'maintaining' as I have dropped too low. I've been eating more so that I do put on the weight. So, why am I dreading it? I know it's not a 'failure', but it's going to feel awful.
Gonna need some 'support' tomorrow after I weigh in.

Hugs FFM, this is the 'scales trap'. You know you are currently underweight so tomorrow will be a return to balance and is a SUCCESS.
Group hug much appreciated, ta Ajax.
I have done something proactive to brighten my day and have booked a session with a nutritional specialist who specialises in my condition. Will let you know how it goes. I'm all guns blazing for as big an improvement this year as poss. The 1,000 Day Challenge:Feb 16, 2016500/30,000

FFM, bails talks sense. You are returning to where you want to be, and it doesn't matter whether you go uphill or downhill to get there.0 -

Thanks Bails and Ajax, I know it makes sense - it just doesn't feel like it
Hugs to you too Bails, good luck with the nutritionalist, I'm a great believer in diet (ie type of food) helping with certain conditions.

FFM I know eactly how you feel. Like you I think I got down a bit too low at one stage - BMI 18.2 - but I still felt bad seeing a gain even though I put it on in stages. Now I think I'm too high and wanting to lose a couple of lbs, just can't seem to be satisfied. Just try and relax in the morning, knowing that you purposely ate more, I find that it's the unexpected gains that make me  , you can always lose it again if you want, but do take care :grouphug: ...
...Ajax Depending on the matches being shown it can be a 3 telly jobbeing the tennis trollop that I so proudly am :rotfl: ...
xxxxI wish that I could be the oldest AND wisest....sadly it's not the latterbut my time will come _party_ wooooh hoooh! Beware!!!!!!!
