    Morning all!

Lemon drop for what it's worth I like you name too, well done on the loss!

Ajax I'm working up courage too. Using the excuse of being new at the minute, do love the site though, you look good in your pic. Congrats on the wedding too.

No weight loss for me, sts though, which is an achievement given my recent food history, so not too unhappy, though a bit would have been nice, lol.

Good day to you all, Jay xx
    Anytime;)

.....Hula Hoops are relatively good compared to the rest of the crisps route. Fret not, just don't overdo them :) As for the website... thanks, but get your submissions in, we all want a place to read up about YoungBean :)

Where do I post the submissions?
    Just PM you?

Thanks for the gym ideas guys.
Missg - thanks I will go for it I think, I am not hugely fit so a few machines then a nice swim is the way forward.
jay11 - nice thought but I only have 2 hours as I'm booked for tour at 6pm and they close at 8pm
bright idea - they have a sauna and steam room but no bubbling spa:confused: so I will visit them all (part of shop anyway)

Petrichor, you've managed exactly what I'd like to achieve, well-done (and whats yer secret--spill or I'll order you to have a fvd7wp.jpg:D)....

...Being a devout coward I'd better fess up then :o. I followed plain old calorie counting and keeping a daily diary of every thing I ate, also, I was determined not to have to post a gain on here (I wouldn't have been brave enough but I wouldn't want to lie), so I was fortunate enough to have a loss each week, albeit a small one at times! Believe me my willpower was stretched at times but the sheer satisfaction on managing it was reward in itself :j . The hardest thing to accept was to see a gain when first beginning to maintain and still is at times; so far things seem to be okay but it still takes will power and the help of this thread :j ...

    ...Wimbledon draw today :j :j...

I wish that I could be the oldest AND wisest....sadly it's not the latter :p but my time will come _party_ wooooh hoooh! Beware!!!!!!!

Hi guys, I take it back just weighed myself PROPERLY with open eyes, and delighted to report a

    Loss of 1.6 lbs:j :j

I can't understand it, can only guess that trying not to eat too little/lose too quickly means I'm eating less cos I'm not trying to--I tend to go all out, lose about half a stone over a couple of weeks, then get hungry/dispirited and regain it all by bingeing, IYSWIM.

I'm really chuffed 'cos I lost 3 lbs the week before I joined here, but was eating too little and thought I'd have put it on this week, I'm soo happy, will be delighted if I just sts next week. Oh I hope:smiley:

Annie thats a shame about the gym, enjoy it anyway

LL the spa looks nice, good prices too, mmm...thanks

    Youngbean dunno what the problem is--hula hoops-potato-vegetable:confused: I can't see why they're a bad thing:D

Beanielou thanks, a new start is just what's needed here, lol:o

    Everyone, have a great day:A
    Anytime;)

    Good morning beautiful people :j

I’ve been so busy this week that I missed a load out of the thread again. Then it takes me so long to catch up that I end up being behind with work again >< (really needs to be a picture of a viscious circle here :D)

Lois – thank you soooooo much for the boot. I did need it and still do. Been fairly good this week but will miss my weigh-in as I’ll be in Germany Mon – Weds next week. The temptation to slide back into old habits is strong. Still I haven’t had any bread yet this week.

Marion – thanks for the recipe earlier this week. That’s a real ‘LW’ recipe in the fact that I’ve now lost my appitite :rotfl:

missyg – just reading about all your exercise tires me out. A 750m swim  (posted 18.06, 11.30 am) :D

I’ve made it to the end of page 55 so I’m off for a lie down now. BBL

I didn't think too much about my nickname. Seems a bit silly now, does anyone know how to change it? It might have stuck though, perhaps I'll get used to it!

I really like your nickname, but you can change it if you want to, by creating a new username. MSE forum regulars get quite possessive about their post and thanks count (and stars/medals), so they tend to stick with their original username, but you could change now while your count is still low - people will soon get used to a new name.
