Thanks
Sounds good Annie! I say make the most of it, have a go with whatever you feel like doing! You don't have to spend long on the different machines (unless you want to), stretch & warm up first then maybe 5-10 mins on 3 or 4 machines followed by stretches and a nice swim, jacuzzi and sauna?
As long as you are in good health to start with there shouldn't be a problem - slow down or take a break if it feels like too much when you're there

are you sure you're not one of the dudleys ajax? that sounded spot on. They've been know to do combat practice in the zoo. IF you're in the black country you're near one of my company's factories too. Gosh, we're practically related.
can any sw types tell me if special k bliss with berries and chocolate is at all allowable as a HEB? Have decided to defrinitely go back on sw at the beginning of next month and I've got a taste for it. While the calorie counting thing is a good way, I find it too tempting to cut everything right down to the bone and eat just a couple of bowls of cereal a day, seeing how low i can get the calorie intake. Then a couple of days later eat everything in the fridge. Not healthy really.
welcome back jay, i'm a proper foodie too! There are ways and means, you don't have to go cold turkey. mmmm, cold turkey . . . . .0 -

Couldn't you do both with a break in-between--light lunch & coffee /massage /jaccusi (sp), depends on what you do in the pool & gym, plus how fit you are. I'd take it from the amount of exercise you normally do. Lucky you tho, nice mystery shop
Sounds good to me.

......... which makes most of my dreams of the last 12 months entirely inappropriate. But hey ho! Have you ever been to Dudley Castle KPC? I know they sometimes do re-enactment things there, but with it not being my bag amd all... I am unfortunately lacking knowledge. As for the Dudleys, well..... we do share a dialect you know

I was rather naughty at dinner, and couldnt resist some Hula Hoops! They didnt even taste nice
.....Hula Hoops are relatively good compared to the rest of the crisps route. Fret not, just don't overdo themAs for the website... thanks, but get your submissions in, we all want a place to read up about YoungBean

Hi all,
Ajax Great site, perhaps one day I'll be brave enough to send some info on me - might be a while to pluck up the courage though! This is the first online thingy I've ever joined in with and since I never intended posting anything at all when I joined MSE, I didn't think too much about my nickname. Seems a bit silly now, does anyone know how to change it? It might have stuck though, perhaps I'll get used to it!
Efrieze, Just seen your piece on ajax's site. Wow, what an achievement! I'm interested to know a little more about your low carb plan, as it sounds similar to my approach. I really want to stick with it long term but sometimes it can get a little tedious.
Looked up Cambridge diet since there was so much talk of it - I'd never heard of it (I know, I need to get out more!). Interesting! Not my sort of thing, I think I would get too bored and I like to be in control (in the cooking from scratch sort of sense) but it seems to work well for some.
Anyway, I looked on the scales this morning, and I was another pound lighter:j (well actually only 0.4lb, but I only work in whole lbs) Finally lost all of my 8lb gain though:D . Am chuffed to bits! Really will have to book hairdo now - perhaps I could do a before and after pic just of my hair:p . Hmm maybe not.£2008 in 2008 member 552 £1947 to go! (started 20/1/08) Total wins £61
Weight loss since April 2008 - 14lbs a whole stone!:j0 -

.....I think you're stuck with it Lemon Drop, if folks had the ability to easily change nicknames it would be pandemonium here. To be honest, I quite like yours0
