yowch plg! They are built small aren't they? I remember weighing parcels to be sent home on the summer school and some of them were getting on the scales and lamenting that they had gained weight whilist in england - going up to a whole 7 stone!!!! Granny I think you are right on the diet thing. My mum won't eat a big mac in public for the same reason.

whoa Ajax, didn't realise you were a dudley! that explains a lot. The Dudleys are a proper lads re-enactment group, beer and bash, great guys. We went on a pub crawl with them in St albans once and I still have the scars. I was sent in as the advance party to get a table at Bella Italia for 10, at which point the lads burst in behind me whooping and hollering. The poor couple at the table next to us had to endure shouts of 'loov! loov! worra yoo avin? ooooh, that looks niiiiiiiice.' throughout their romantic dinner. Then followed much hammering on the windows and dribbling at any attractive girl walking by. The piece de resistance came when one of them took a phone call and concluded by announcing to everyone in st albans: 'lads! it's orlroight! she's not pregnant!!!' which prompted a chant of 'ja-ffa! ja-ffa!' They finished off the night in a local nightclub(wearing all medieval kit) where they met a girl who said she was from Dudley. Greg yanked her dress away from her body, looked down it and announced 'yam not from Doodley, yam's wearin knick-urs' All this happened the first time I ever met them. I love the Dudleys, I really do, they are just out for a laugh and they'll help anyone anytime. But if I wear a roll neck sweater they never recognise me!

Hey Jay.... can't believe you got told off when you dropped out - i hope they were joking.

Well, from one drop out to another - welcome back! I kind of dropped out by accident as i moved into a new flat without the internet!! but these lovely people always welcome me back! :)

Good luck this time around :)

Nope they weren't, I'd had some major family stuff, plus a cycling accident, and was busy with uni stuff at all hours (mature student with family), so posting was difficult. I was told I shouldn't drop out cos everyone has tough times, lol, . To be fair I was really going through it so may have been oversensitive. Kinda put me off, strange eh:rotfl: :rotfl: .

    Nice to be welcomed, thanks:T :A .
    Anytime;)

    Pinklipgloss--54kg!! OMG I'd be supermegaobese:rotfl:

You and me both Jay! When I first came here I was a UK 12 - however that's an "L size" in Japanese clothes shops  Needless to say I was less than impressed!

KPC - "up to a whole 7 stone" :rotfl: I'd be delighted if I weighed 7 stone!

    Jay,

A while back I commented that it was getting difficult to keep up with who's who - so I suggested we made a website or something. Ajax very kindly took up my suggestion and put this together: :D

    Hi everyone,

Sorry I haven't been around for a while but didn't go to WW the week before I went away then had to miss a week whilst at CP and didn't go last week! So I was somewhat apprehensive when I got on the scales this morning but I have lost 3lbs :j :j :j What a boost!!! Another 6 to go and its 10% of my body weight :T.

I have 8 weeks til I go on holiday to Egypt so would really like to shift another 8lbs (or more :D ) before I go so will be being a good girl and posting on here more often!

Well done to all who have lost or S/S and commiserations to those who have gained - its just a blip ;)
