Morning all
On the subject of food diaries, when I was doing SW I kept a notebook in my handbag and wrote everything down in it, but now that I'm calorie counting I don't find that works as I need to check on the calorie content as well, so I record my intake on calorie-count.com (other websites are available).
It's a bit like internet food shopping, a bit labour intensive to start with, but the more you use it the easier it gets, as you can save foods you eat regularly.
Re internet food shopping, I was expecting a delivery from Sainsburys to you last night, but something catastrophic has happened to their website, and all deliveries have been cancelled until further notice. :eek: That means I might have to actually go to the supermarket and do it myself! (Sainsbury's have promised a £10 e-voucher to all customers who have been inconvenienced, which is something I suppose.)

Very quick one, as now in Lichfield again for another meeting. I have this feeling Im missing out on someting though, when I look there is a number posts that I havent the time at the moment to read.
Anyways very quickly, Efrieze and Missy, I wanted to do a triathlon from many years ago, purely as I knew if involved less running :rotfl:and my cycling was pretty good. One of the girls from the gym did one last week, If I remember is was 800m swim, 10k cycle and 5k run. I guess I decided to push harder with regards to the marathron. ( I am begining to wish I didnt!!)
Ajax, pages look good, its only as I work in IT security that I become paranoid about ID etc. Some people might want to share more information than others, Its purely about choice. Vix Im not on a plan either, unless you call watching what you eat and exercise a plan ?

...I'm a firm advocate of keeping a food diary :j as I said last week I regard it as my comfort blanket, the trick is to write things in as you eat them as it's surprisingly easy to 'forget' some things - but the scales don't...
...I must say Ajax that I was very impressed with the web page and the honest description that you gave of yourself :rotfl: made me laugh :rotfl: I think I'll go as far as to say that you're obviously not as daft as you look...I also like Lois's idea too, in that it ill be easier to add to or amend...I like both :j ...

Hola!
Just got back from a lovely holiday - sun sea and sangria! (not good for the diet tho!)
am not weighing myself til next week so i can get back into my routine, calorie coutning, going to the gym etc, without worrying about having put on pounds on holiday.
hope all's well, well done any losers this week

I'll have to start working on my submission....;)
Feel like I've been crying all day today - it was my second last day at school and at the end of Circle Time all of my kids presented me with little mini bouquets of flowers (they had one each) and a really funky photo frame (lots of felt circles - all joined together) - a photo of each child is in every circle - soooo cute!
After class finished some older kids (that I taught last year) presented me with cute presents - letters and photos, and a really cute photo album full of pictures from my last year teaching them.
