Lesley xNO EXCUSES - THIS YEAR IT'S PERSONAL..........0 -
am i allowed back after being so inflammatory?
sorry everyone0 -
missyg, interesting numbers, have you tried plotting them on a graph to see if the relationship is fairly linear?
The 1500 cals does seem more attractive with a 1 lb loss thrown in.
Do you keep a record of your exercise in calories too? Just wondered how that also affects your weight loss.

I keep a food diary YoungBean! Yes it works, I need a lot of control over what I'm eating and I don't think I could do this without one
Thanks for doing the chart Lois, well done to everyone who has made the challenge so far, and of course the glamorous slimmers of the week
Lesley have a WONDERFUL time in Germany! I love GermanyNow I've got two LW members I can be envious of this weekend :rotfl: And well done on your ever improving running!
Julesgr... ok make that three of you! Have a great time!
I think we need not just a picture of FFM doing the crab but a video!
Thanks for looking at the numbers FFM. Yes I put them on a graph and it was so squiggly it made my brain hurt :rotfl: That week I highlighted as a 'good' one is a bit controversial as I had actually done NO exercise. As in zero, nothing  Ooohh.... And yes, I keep an exercise record in hours and 'approximate' calories (to about the nearest 50... as I don't think you can ever be as precise with exercise calories as you can with food ones) Ah well, I'll soldier on - I'm still convinced I will get a nice balance eventually!

I have completed it twice (in my youth) and would love to do it again, not sure if I could persuade DS to join me, he will be old enough to take part next year.
Maybe we could gather a LW Thread team and all crash at BB's for tea :rotfl:

Ajax I think the web page is fanbloodytastic. I am so sad, I started keeping a little note book with bits and pieces about peeps so that I could try to keep them all straight in my head. It didn't actually work, but the webpage will.
I'm off to think about what I want to write now .... the words that spring to mind ... cute and cuddly , a natural athlete, fanatical about healthy eating, strong will power, congenital liar ........ I'll try again.
PS Love Vix's quote. Has she thought of running for president of the USA?0 -

I think after cycling that far, a cream tea would be 'in order' :rotfl:
I haven't checked my old photos, but I think it was 1982 and 1983 when I did it. Vix probably wasn't even thought of then.
You're right it is great fun, it's lovely the way everyone chats to each other. Normally, one doesn't talk to strangers in the SE
