    Evening to everyone!

Well done to all the losers this week! Also those who have STS :):)

I was beginning to get a little concerned with the threads being posted, this is meant to be a supportive thread, no matter what diet we choose. We should all be supportive of each other :):)

So lets get some smiles on here :D:D

I think we need it with all this bad weather we have been having!!

Do you want to go on the chart?

    LL

    Heya Lois,

Would love to go on the chart. Yes please.

I am keeping a Food Diary aswell, and this really seems to help.

Anyone else doing the same thing??? Does it work for you?

    Hi Sooz

I keep a food diary which means I can eat absolutely anything that I want because at the end of the day/week I have to add up the calories and make them balance to something sensible.

I've had 3 high calorie days this week with a Fathers Day meal out, fish and chips and a homemade cake tasting day so I do need to take it a bit easier for the rest of the week leading up to Saturday which is my weighing in day. Although, having said that I should probably be aiming to put a few lbs back on as I over shot my target - but it is a scarey thought to intentionally gain weight.

    Thanks!
    I would if I could but I can't so I won't!

We all watch The Biggest Loser, OH + little monkeys too. We all have our favourites, but Mark and Jay lost our respect when they made the pact last week and then voted out Jackie.

If anyone wants to watch it, it is on Sky 253 at 9pm or Sky 254 at 10pm. We watch it a day behind because we tape it for the little monkeys and that is way past their bedtime. So please don't post any 'spoilers' ta :D

I'd love to do a triathlon - just for the sense of achievement associated with it. I don't do any bicyling at the moment so would have to train for that a bit, I reckon. I was looking into doing a course of wall climbing - I have never done anything like that before and thought it might be a great challenge. If anyone knows of any other such things in and around London, do let me know. I am really in the market for interesting phyical challenges!

How about the London to Brighton bike ride, organised by the British Heart Foundation? It's in June each year and you have to book early to get a place. I have completed it twice (in my youth) and would love to do it again, not sure if I could persuade DS to join me, he will be old enough to take part next year.

Maybe we could gather a LW Thread team and all crash at BB's for tea :rotfl:

    Evening all :)

What a great week for weight losses!

Two people share the Slimmer of the Week award again this week, having lost 1 STONE between them! Yes, with 7lb weight losses, congratulations go to YoungBean and Loopylass, closely followed by Bindiboo who lost 6lbs, which would have guaranteed her the SOTW most weeks. :T

The monthly challenge has now been achieved by BrightIdea, Annie, Bindiboo, Kittykat, Kymrob, Lemon Drop, Leo~saphira, Loopylass, Louise, Retiredlady, and Youngbean - well done to all of you. :j

Well done to everyone else too, whether you've lost, maintained or gained, especially to Efrieze, for her fantastic 7lb gain - that deserves an award too, for being brave and posting it!

I'm away for three days from next Wednesday, so I'll be updating the chart until Tuesday, then handing it over to BB who will add the final changes and post the chart on Wednesday.

    Have a good week everyone.
