HBOS shares

ok to sell or not that is the question? I have 592 shares which I was given in the beginning.
I just know what to do except wait until they go up.....:(
booklover, You sat on this share whilst it dropped from over £10 and now you are wondering whether to sell or hold. If I were in your position, as we stand at the moment, I would hold on. You have about 282p per share downside from here, who knows what the upside is.
If you don't need the money at this particular time, sit tight.

I see the share price going up today, obviously they will be saving now they have announced to close 53 branches of their estate agents0

Banking shares seem to have gone up a bit across the board. I am going to wait untill next Wednesday mid-afternoon to see what the trend is then (After Friday action and bank weekend). I bought HBOS, RBS, BB. & LLOY at around this price range and want to see whether its now an upturn or just a blip in the market. I invested £250 in each and want to filter some more money again into each share.0

What happened to everyone who posts updates here?
Got nothing to read with my cuppa.
Mind if I post today? It's above 300p now.0 -
You only get an update if it falls
Tbh the media is often the same, big drops are more often reported then any strong gains
I still cant short FNM (its not allowed Im told) and its risen a fair bit recently especially today on a positive report by lehman. Thats a bit of a conflict of interest to me since their fortunes are seemingly so closely timed
