go to the o2 website, click "help", type your mobile no in, then type in "settings," and one of the links should be about getting the settings for mms (media messages), follow those instructions.

if it still doesn't work, then you'll have to either ring o2, or go into one of the stores to get the phone enabled for sending mms

My phone arrived today.....swapped my old SIM card in (whilst waiting for the Number port.....)

Won't talk about the lack of email - the fact that DHL said the consignment number was invalid - that the DHL Operator said call after 11:30 because it's probably on it's way to the local depot - even though they tried to deliver it at 10:19 !!!!!!!!!!

Got My Phone On Tuesday And The Pic Messaging Didnt Work So I Spoke To 02 For Over An Hour They Sent Settings Didnt Work Talked Me Through Setting S That Didnt Work So I Took It To An 02 Shop And The Girl Fixed It In A Min So If You Have Problems Dont Phone 02 Take It To An 02 Shop

Small problem with the Settings - no option to receive settings for the W800I - Closest is the K700.............

try that then, the w800i is very similar to the k700

i can't understand why it doesn't work, my phone came with all the settings already - I could send pictures straight away

I just phoned 02 as I was having trouble placing an order online and they confirmed that this an 18 month contract . I am not placing an order as i dont want to go on an 18 month contract as you can guarantee a better phone will come out soon!

This is still a good deal though :T
