    hi all wedding MSE people!!

im getting married on 4th September 09 - soooo cant wait!!

we have already booked & paid for the venue (getting married and having reception in the same place), booked the registrar and paid the deposit for the food.

i did buy my dress from debenhams, but then kept seeing other ones i liked so i ended up bringing it back before i wouldnt be able to return it, and am going to wait until next summer before buying another one as i know i'll change my mind a gazillion times before then!!

hubby to be's dad is doing the photography, and im hoping a relative with a nice car will chauffer me to the venue!! :D

we have booked our flights for the honeymoon to Florida (i have never been to America and am almost more excited about the clothes shopping over there than the wedding lol!! ;) ) and will hopefully book the villa soon.

i was worrying about the cost of the rings, as my engagement ring is platinum, but have seen some fab links to sites on here for reasonable platinum wedding rings so im not panicking too much!!

im making my own invitations, so that will save a few pennies (well more than a few - i was horrified when i saw the price of wedding invitations!!) and as there is only 17 people coming to the actual ceremony (everyone else will be coming to the evening do) am not bothering with favours.

good luck everyone with your wedding plans!! :D xxx

Hey ho all you lovely brides 2 be. x x

Please add me to the list - Saturday 7th March 2009 @ 1pm yeha!

    So far we have:

Registry office booked (giving notice next week)
    Reception partially decided on
Evening Do - booked & deposit paid
Honeymoon night hotel booked & deposit paid

My next step is to book the reception and book an evening D.J. and then I might be able to rest for a bit...I can't think about anything else at the moment lol.

I am not planning to get my dress until December when I have lost a couple of stone and I will probably be getting a choccy wedding cake from M&S yummmmmmmmy.
