Thats how we decided on our date too,it has been our unofficial anniversary for years and we thought it would be perfect to keep the same date as our anniversary after we were married too.So romantic to be married on the 18th anniversary of the day we met.Still over a year to go and still so excited I can hardly concentrate on anything else."Reaching out to touch the stars dont forget the flowers at your feet".0

Ahargh! It be mostly why we chose the date, me hearties!!!
 *giggle*
Seriously flirting with a Pirate themed wedding vs our current late 40's/50's inspired hopefully somewhat chic do. We can't work out what we want more (read: Dave thinks that we might look back and regret a Pirate Wedding and I can't quite make up my mind!!!)0

Recieved an email of the person who's making my dress, so I'm not as worried now, although I didn't really understand it as I guess the guy doesn't speak much English, guess it serves me right for trying to get a bargain on a dress from Hong Kong lol
 How's everyone's planning coming along?Pigsback - 500 points, Happyfly - £37.92, Juicy Brains - £1.25, Valued Opinions - Zilch, Casback Rewards - £2.78

            hello!!!
My date is 14th march 2009 in warwickshire, getting extremely excited now as going dress shopping for first time on saturday in coventry and leamington! I am also getting slightly disturbed at the quotes coming through for photographers and wedding cars - am beginning to think i missed a trick in choosing a career path, photographers must make a packet!!!
Anyone in the warks area got advice on good services or bargains etc they have found? will post back after the weekend if i find any good bargains whilst dress shopping 0 0

I think it's romantic too! I think my mum was made up because we still wanted to get married after 10 years LOL
Been and visited another venue today, and am seeing one more on Sat...getting much better at saying I don't want the full wedding package and places seem to be quite flexible because we're getting married on a Friday in October.
I hope I can make a decision this weekend....finding an affordable venue is keeping me awake at night! I agree, shelovestobuystuff, I can't think about anything else at the momment!
