  • I am on a 24 month cashback contract via mobiles.co.uk and successfully received all my cashback claims except the last one :mad:
    I sent the correct bill by recorded post on the 21st September 2010 and have heard nothing since :eek:
    I sent an email yesterday to Customer Services and received an automated response to say that I would receive a reply within 24hrs but it's now 27hrs and I have heard nothing :mad:
    I was planning to buy a phone for my daughter for Christmas via mobiles.co.uk but now I am having second thoughts :(
  • Then you should have followed the groundrules. "Sending" doesn't prove receiving; if you cannot prove that you are extremely foolish as you are now out of time to resend the claim. If you can prove receipt you are quite foolish for not taking action sooner. Recorded only works if Royal Mail confirm receipt. If they did do not mess around with a cpw company - send a LBA and then commence legal procedings (as has been said a million times before - well, ok... perhaps only a few hundred....).

    As suggested by JULIA ME in Post 40 I emailed [EMAIL="jkane@mobiles.co.uk"]jkane@mobiles.co.uk[/EMAIL] on the night of the 30th Nov; I received three emails from jkane the following day requesting additional information and today I received my cashback cheque via SPECIAL DELIVERY; maybe I will shop there at Christmas after all.
