Has anyone had any experience of their auto cashback process?
I'm a bit wary of these cashback deals as they normally make you jump through loads of hoops before you actually get your money but this one seems quite simple (they just send you a cheque automatically after 14 days)
Hiya,
Autocashback cheques are requested as soon as you have passed your coolling off/DSR returns period, and then delivered within 28 days. There is no claim - this is why we introduced Automatic Cashback to the industry, as some people are happy claiming rebates but others would rather take a hassle-free cheque.
Any further questions do let me know,

I've received in the last couple of days 2 emails saying that the automatic cashback for my 2 phones I ordered has been approved and I should have the cheques within 28 days. The only slight gripe I have is that they were supposed to be authorised within 14 days, but it was actually 21 days.0

Hiya,
How do you mean approved? Is this a cashback claim or the AutoCashback deals, with no claims?
Thanks,“Official Company Representative

From the site just now so there should be no need for dispute or long vitriolic thread.
"Automatic cashback is a promotion from Mobiles.co.uk, where payment is automatically processed 14 days following the delivery of your phone, which allows time for any phone returns. Payment will be a cheque sent directly from our parent company The Carphone Warehouse. Receipt of the cheque will typically be eight days to allow for cheque processing, printing and postage time."0 -

Elsewhere you repeatedly state that late payment of cashback money is not a breach of your ts + cs.
It is!0 -

Ah, glad you have resurfaced. Fancy adding your apology to mine for your posts on the thread "Mobiles.co.uk Are they trying it on" where we both jumped the gun?
e.g., but not exhaustively,Are you making an assertion or asking a question?
The OP got their phone connected in February, but you reneged on the cashback saying they broke the conditions (by following your assertion and sending their August bill!).0 -

Thanks,
Its an autocashback deal. I didn't claim it, I just waited and received an email.Dear Customer,
We can confirm your Cashback has been authorised and the cheque has been requested from Carphone Warehouse Head office.
Please allow 28 days for your cheque to be generated and dispatched to you.
Thank you from the Mobiles.co.uk team, part of The Carphone Warehouse.

Hi,
Sorry, simply looks like there's been a 7 day delay in confirming the cheques have been raised, for which I apologise. I'll speak to the Operations Manager and confirm that we are now sending the confirmation email to customers 14 days after despatch (we need this period to ensure we only pay out cheques to customers who don't return their phones).
Cheques generally arrive within a couple of weeks of the email (to allow for authorisation, printing and postage).
