Our Asda doesn't sell them - I even got DD1 who works there to check up for me. I could't find them in Mr T either but tracked them down in Home Bargains and Savers.

Not sure if you meant the Soda Crystals or not, but Asda and Tesco sell it (Link above for Asda). I've probably got the wrong thing though...:o

Ok, I am going for £200 again please.
I never ever manage it, but I absolutely MUST this time.

Copying a few people on here I wrote a list of all the food we had in already and then looked at recipes to see what I could make with what we already had.
Yesterday was the first shop of the month and it cost £25.53
Good start!! Usually spend way more than that and this should last a week - although I now need to get pop and crisps for Fiance's bait as didn't realise he had ran out! Hopefully that will only be a couple of pound :)

Well this was not a NSD according to my list but decided to try and make it one, grocery wise anyway. Realising this GC might be a bit different if I lived near big shops (more chance of bargains but then more to tempt us!). Our Tesco is not opened yet and it is highly unlikely we will ever get A, M or S andywhere near us. At the moment it is COOP, Lidl and local shops!!!!!! I wish we got all these lovely discount vouchers! COOP are doing £3 off £20 but they only last for a week and as this is a min spend week I will not be able to use the one from last weeks shop and will not get one this week to use next week!! This seems like a reason to do a shop this week, but then spending £20 to save £3 is not really saving anything if I cannot find £17 of stuff to buy!! There is not really anything on offer that we need and my freezer is full. You sometimes get the vouchers though even if you only spend a small amt so may spend £1 or 2 on Friday and see if I get a voucher!
Hope all well and enjoying the challenge!

Ha ha, Read this and thought you meant for fishing at first - I thought do fish eat crisps???....:rotfl:

    How 'Homer' is that?

Couldn't sleep last night so at 1am this morning I was making dough in the BM (paying for it now as up at 6am for work) and then baking some lovely crusty rolls - gave them to DS for work today (he's 14 and doing work experience) - Hubby has day off today and he made up the rolls for me while I got ready - then had a cheese and cucumber one for himself - said he couldn't resist... I don't know, it might be cheaper to make them yourself but they don't last 5 minutes - 1/2 of them gone already!:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
