I know, it's ridiculous. My daughter has to have her's made thinner too for the same reason - I don't know, you daren't be ill in this country it costs you too much, you have to have 20-20 vision, perfectly healthy body and mind, push bike everywhere and be able to live on an apple a day to survive at the moment! :mad:LBM April 2013 - £29,000.00Vanquis CC's PAID - Debenhams SC PAID - A+L OD PAID - Asda CC £783.75Barclaycard CC £1400.78 - BoS CC PAID - Freemans Cat PAIDF/D Loan & CC £1458.96 - Santander Loan PAID - Mum Loan PAIDRBS OD PAID - F/D OD £1026.52Weekly Grocery Challenge - £95.00 budget / spend £-0 -
Hey Gang.....
Kinda lost the plot a bit, but technically I'm on the new challenge as from yesterday.

Thanks for stepping in Angelnikki & I shall continue with my usual methinks...

just popped in to catch up on the posts, can't believe how many are on this thread now!! i should be able to manage an NSD today, as i'm not planning on going anywhere near a shop!
i've just scoffed the last 2 chelsea buns that i made the other day...they were well hidden in a corner of the freezer so nobody else could find them :rotfl: so i'll have to get the BM on and make another batch...probably do that in the morning i think
totally off-topic i know, but i've been reading up on colonic hydrotherapy, and i'd LOVE to have this done!! yeah yeah i know, i'm weird, but i just wondered if anyone on here would admit to having had it done, and if the benefits were as good as they say?
anyway, hope you all enjoy your day, and don't have to spend much0 -
I am going to declare the £200 in total, i have a few days left and have to buy a few more things so i will declare the full amount as teenagers are back from college, and eating me out of house and home!!Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

Ooh - I'm interested in this too - as is hubby (hmm- his and hers session??!!)
Can't go to Mr T and spend today, after all - have 3 deliveries expected - 1 arrived (the boring one) - DHs blackberry. I want the wii & wii fit to arrive!!! (And even the new water butt from tesco - but most of all the wii!!)
Haven't been to a supermarket since Sat - but we did have small spend whilst out on Sun on icecreams (can't pack those to go, really, can you?!:rotfl: :rotfl: ) But have spent on the wii & water butt & new garden parasol -;)
Another lovely day today. If I can tear myself away I should go and do some potting on and moving about of veggies We have 4 tom plants with green toms on.:j The pumpkin and squashes are flowering (as are the rest of the toms) and so are the very short (less than 6 inches) mange tout. Cut and come agains are huge (first lot) and need some eating. Set some more seed late last week for c-and-c lettuces and they're already doing wonderfully. Have 2 lots of carrots also growing and set 3 more pots of them up yesterday. Cucumbers are slo--o--o-w though :-(( And no sign of any flowers on peppers or chillis yet, or runner beans :--((
Right - now to move my butt!

 Done this once and lost post, how annoying! - copying this time just in case!
I use something called 'Colosan' - without going into detail (well, it is lunchtime!), works in a similar way to a colonic in that it cleanses the bowel out by creating air bubbles or something - not like a laxative though, totally different.
It cost about £29 and I got it from the Finchley Clinic online, but there is other stuff out there too, just type colosan into google and you will see them all.
You can do it regularly, or just once every few months - aparently you can loose weight as you are getting rid of a load of excess you are carrying around with you, plus you have more energy (I'd agree to that) as you get more nutirents through with a clear bowel and just feel generally better.
Def recommend it.
