I havent seen any other brand for ages! I've been looking out as I use condensed milk for baking, but only buy it when its on special. I noticed that carnation have expanded their range as well. For £2.15 you can buy a can of ready made caramel  Aye right!

ETA - Hmmm, read some more of the thread and other people have seen it for £1.64 as per mysupermarket. I wonder what it was that carnation were selling for £2.15 in my local Somerfield?

Hi, if your interested it was/is on offer at mr M 2 for £2.20 at the weekend.

Have just updated sig after tesco delivery-don't usually include alcohol in my gc shopping but have decided to give it a go this month so that can put money saved to other more exciting things (like holidays) really pleased with todays shop £63.08 which included 2 boxes beer and 1 box guinness, plus 2l cider. Have just struggled to fit shop in freezer :-) plan to buy very little for rest of month, hopefully just fruit and veg. Fingers crossed, after 2 not great months would love to be under or even on target this month.

Had to go and get potatoes today. So stocked up on some more onions too. Total spend in Lidl £3.70.

We are decorating the boys bedrooms, but the former owners painted the small room in a dark purple, after 6 coats, it is still shining through!

Denisefowler I'm intrigued, what did you blow up in a can?:rotfl:

Enough I'll get banned from this thread for going off the thread.:D

I once blew up a can of sponge pudding, the ones that you steam with the jam sauce on the top! Lovely to eat, especially with yummy custard, but not so nice to clean up:mad: ! very hot too:eek: but not as smelly as dog food!

I'm lucky to get on this thread myself tonight, speaking of going off track after all my talk of lining up cans and stuff, must screw head on properly tomorrow and do some proper work! :D .

Been really busy today, managed to get 5 loads of washing out on the line and dry. Of course, that means I now have to iron it all. :(

Went to Mr A this morning and spent £25.80. It would have been less, but many of the sp ranges were out of stock, so I had to buy more expensive products
Thanks to all the lovely people on here I have managed to cut my hours down to 2 days a week, allowing me to spend more time with my gorgeous Children. :j
