Really glad i put this for open discussion as there have been some fab tips. I reckon my cv just needs updating a bit and a few more 'buzz words' to be included. I just love this site.
Thanks Taxi and Miz.xBlackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

hey there bobiliscious one...as part of my job I often look at applications and cv's and its more being relevat to the job you want than a supa sparkly cv...I wouldnt pay for it and if they feel you need it they should provide that service for free as part of their efforts to get you a job...thats what theyre there for after all!! hope you get the one you wantNerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! They are both fine.
DD has fallen asleep on couch after 1st day back..aww
DS has got another interview next week to sort out an apprenticeship. He is also looking at further qualifications to help him. He seems a bit more focussed and looking forward to things.
Mr.B is tired as it is his long balance day today and he was late in. Then his mother was on the phone..never stops ringing lately!
Are you and DS excited about uni yet?Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

Thanks ISOM, i seemed to remember you did that..poor you. I agree with you about the service. That particular agency has offered me very little work..not because of the cv i add..but when you ring in they have every available excuse under the sun..personally i think they have very little on their books.:cool:Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
