There are a lot of reasons y I couldn't be but something isn't right. When I talk to my fella he just says I'm not n makes me feel daft for suggesting it. I just needed a bit of help. I think it would be a good idea if I do one just to be sure though. Just checking I wasn't going mad or it was a waste of time buying one
I think if you have a feeling something isn't right it won't do any harm to check - your not daft or mad and it's not a waste of time if it puts your mind at rest.
Try www.accessdiagnostics.com as they are really cheap tests (usually get delivered next day) if you don't want to actually go and buy one (free delivery also) so cheaper than the shops so you won't feel like you've wasted money.
    Good luck x

Pregnancy tests test the levels of HCG in your urine - it is strongest in the first wee of the morning, so that is the best time to test.

Generally you can't get a false positive unless there are still HCG levels in your body from a recent birth or miscarriage, or occasionally they can be caused by certain medical conditions, although you should have been informed if this is the case.

The reason people sometimes get a false negative is because they tested too early or after they had drunk a large amount of water, which can dilute the urine and also the HCG levels.

I would buy a cheap test from a pound shop or savers and/or make an appointment with your GP, they can do a free test but they can also help you find out what's wrong if you're not pregnant, and give you support if you find you are.

Good luck and I'm sure it will be something simple :)

Although it is unusual you can still have periods while pregnant as my niece found out when she was 5 months gone, she now has about 5 weeks left!
If your periods have become lighter is there a chance that you could be aneamic? This happend to my sister recently and it turned out she was aneamic

No you are not. A cross in one and a line in the other (control box) means pregnant and a line in both means not pregnant.
Not sure if that is what you want to hear or not but I hope that helps you.

The stick is clearly marked with the results you would expect to see for a positive or negative result. A positive test will show a blue line in both windows, a negative one will only show a line in the “control” window.

    hope this helps
and is what you are hoping for

Hi hun just found this for you online, ihope it is what you want to hear

In the middle of the stick are the two windows, one being the “control” window to show the test has worked, and the other the one where your result will show. The stick is clearly marked with the results you would expect to see for a positive or negative result. A positive test will show a blue line in both windows, a negative one will only show a line in the “control” window.

Hi, have a read of this review.....it sounds as though 1 window is the test window and the other window is the result.
Hope the result is the one you want.
