Sky+ COMPLETE FREE!

Hi Guys,
I'm in the market for a HD sky box these days - anyone got any tips on getting one cheaper than £199 + installation. I dont think they will part with these as easy as the sky+ boxes.:whistle:

Just had my cancellation taken !! This always happens to me !! Had to listen to a long story about skytalk and that was it ! said I couldn't watch what I wanted cos oh watching other things but sky+ never got a mention !

just got of the phone, quick 10 minute call, and my operator kindly agreed to a free upgrade all expenses paid to Sky+

I'm with you littlereddevil! After 2 attempts, my cancellation is going through again without it being the plan!

I suppose my account will be littered with comments of how I'm now Sky's B*itch. They do what they want but know I'll come back...

Got my parents to give it a go last night they were offered the £49.00 deal to start off with but then it was reduced to £0000000. My sister is trying now, keep trying everyone it does work.:T

Thanks OP! Phoned them up on the number given earlier in the thread and after having a nice chat to someone in Bangalore. I explained that due to our new shift patterns we don't get the time to watch what we want on Sky. I also threw in the fact we watch a lot more Freeview. After some pleasant banter she transferred me to Scotland where they offered me the Sky+ for £49, but eventually offered it to me for free after I held out long enough and moaned at the cost! Being installed next Thursday! :T

Just be nice to them, have a consistent story and you should be ok.
