    Morning!!
I managed to get to the pc:j I can hardly walk at the mo, my back is so bad thought I was going to have to have the ambulance out as I literally couldnt move:o I have made an appointment to see the clickologist anyway so fingers crossed she can sort me out:T It's at it's worst in the morning, laying in bed just siezes me up, so any idea on how to sleep
Having a key meter fitted today so we know where we are with the bills.
Not much else happening, I will work from home today as sitting in my car on the M25 doesnt appeal at the moment
    Hugs to all

    HAPPY BIRTHDAY LEARNINGTOSAVE!!

  • morning everyone,
thanks for all the birthday wishes...it was lovely to log on and see them:D

well nothing is going as planned so far!!....i worked my bottom off to do all the housework yesterday so i could do nothing today, then at about 5pm we discovered my 18 month old had defrosted the huge stand alone freezer!!! luckily although defrosted everything was still chilled so safe....but last night and today are a whizzy blur of cooking and washing up!!! and cleaning the floors i spent an hour doing yesterday as they are stuffed again now!! kids!!!

ahhhh well hugely looking forward to tonight as my mum and dad are coming to babysit and play taxi and me and dh are off to https://www.chiquito.co.uk for a meal:D im sooooooooooooo looking forward to it as im using my birthday money so its a no expense(well to a degree) spared,it'll be so nice to enjoy a meal out with dh without worring about debt/cost!!! they have the menu's and prices online which is great as we've been able to lazily deliberate and choose at our leisure and we know how much its roughly going to cost.

hope everyone has a great day.

I can't wait to see how everyone's day turns out in the troo house. Master troo was supposed to be at work at 7.15am, he left the house at 7.26am precisely  Someone's up and in the bathroom, not sure if it's mr troo or miss troo. Don't know and don't care :D

I hope their day goes disasterously wrong :D

Have 2 little ones here, so might get the drawing stuff out so they can do that whilst im sorting the kitchen out!!!
Hope everyone has a lovely day
    Take care xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
  • Happy birthday learning to save. Hope the meal out is delicious after all that planning.

    welcome to piglet.

troo - naughty you making me laugh. It's hard enough for me to eat and drink at the moment without you encouraging me to spill things down myself. ;) How long are you going on strike for?

I've not been particularly OS this week. I keep forgetting to get food out the freezer, and we are living on rubbish that DH is cooking. We managed stir fry last night, but then were both working all evening. Me till 10 when i couldn't face anymore. DH till 11:30 when he went back to work to pick something up, and got back at 1. He was doing the dreaded VAT return which has to be done by tomorrow, and is very stressed.

I remembered to get sausages out of the freezer this morning, so sausage and mash tonight. Nice and easy - which i can probably cope with.

I did clear the ironing pile at the weekend. That last happened 2 years ago. :A ( I remember as it was when we had the double glazing put in and i knew glass would geteverywhere so it was safer in the wardrobe.)

I've also managed quick missions in the office - literally a few minutes at a time, but i can get in the door now.

Didn't get to watch Lost last night, so please don't anyone spoil it. I will be ecstatic when we get to the weekend and the work deadlines have been met by us both and i can get back to my nesting.

    Have a nice day,
    Michelle,xx

HAPPY BIRTHDAY LEARNING TO SAVE :bdaycake:

Oh it is one of those morning grey skys slight chill in the air ( which yes i love ) but i just can't get motivated. hubby left for work just after 7. both kids have just woken up and are happy playing in there room and i am desperatly trying to wake up . i've got a nice up of tea so hopefully that will make me feel better.

Not sure what were doing today. i know it's a day in as trying to save the petrol for when we go on holiday in a few day. i need to do some baking. we have eaten everything i made on monday. so planing to make some chocolate fork biscuits as my daugther like to help me with those. and maybe i'll make another batch of fairy cakes.

i'm unsure what i'm cooking for dinner as i haven't had chance to read my household manual. i think it involves roast potatos tho.

got the unload washing machine and put on airer i think the air might be too damp for it to go on line. but will double check this first.

    Hope everyone enjoys there day.

:hello: Gooooood Morning, fellow OS’ers :):)

Welcome piglet6 and other new faces/returners ( Don’t be nervous of posting, little, if anything has changed, so you post away ;) )

:bdaycake:Many Happy Returns LTS, the menu looks scrummy, enjoy your meal ;):D

joannasmum - great news about the car

Hope those who are feeling unwell or have aches and pains soon feel better.

Attention re: the “whipped Cream Soaps” (updated original post)
… they remain a soft soap even after refrigeration :( I would not recommend putting them into a large ‘mould’ for cutting later, but instead to put them into a smaller, individual mould. To be honest, I’m rather disappointed in their quality as a gift soap because they are simply waaay too soft. Mine won’t go to waste, just wanted those to know who may/not replicate the recipe posted of their quality.

((hugs)) to those who want/need them
