:hello: Goooooood Morning
Yesterday couldn't have been better, thanks to the boys designating it Mum Appreciation Day (M.A.D).
D12yo made a prawn green thai curry with thread noodles and baked some peanut cookies too. In the evening, D11yo did my hair (it's my weakness, I just love having my hair brushed and played with) and D12yo massaged my feet!! :rotfl: Never had a foot massage before, it was an experienceI'm sooooooo proud of them. I think the whole day was a pretty amazing thing for lads to do, let alone lads of that age!
In the afternoon, I dropped them at the library and I toddled off to Tesco. Got some great assorted £1 bargains to stash away for Christmas. Pre planned my trip to max out on money off coupons/bonus point coupons, some had to be used up before today, so it had to be done. All in all a very successful day
Back to normal today thoughAlready have a washload finished, just need to hang it out. Today d12yo has a footie match; not sure where precisely, but I've got my map book at the ready and I've got until midday before we head off.

Good Morning All, up at this time? Moi?
Can't sleep 'cos of inspection, just sorting out my records file. Have to sort dog out soon, cancelled some visitors for this morning, but couldn't cancel one so have this coffee/entertaining at 10:30 a.m. I'm fondly imagining them only staying an hour so I can get into school to finish some work later.

Goodmorning everyone,
Well my Sunday is fast drawing to a close. This morning I braved the elements and washed. It fined up enough to get everything dry so I"m glad I did. I also de-stalked the mulberries & placed a lot for pie in the freezer and made some syrup with the rest for icecream. Having pizza for tea, so the dough is done now in the BM. Will fold the clothes shortly.
DH & I have to make out the plan for where we want our electric sockets so the electrician can quote. Doesn't sound like much work but need to work out where I"m putting what so can plan properly. Think we might do that after tea. Early start tomorrow morning as we take the truck over for the steel. The roofing came the other day.
Snowy You are NOT a waste of space. You are a wonderful friend. :A
Queenie What sweet boy's you have. My kids use to hide little love notes for me to find. Of course being a hoarder, I've kept them all.
Shez Your day sounded awful. Hope today is better.
Ruby I love Delia too. I won't look at the forums just now but will have a sticky some other time. Thanks for that.
Scottish The movie looks :rotfl: . Don't forget to tell us about it.
I better get going and start the clothes. Have a great Sunday everyone. ByeeeeeeeeeDon't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia.0 -
