    Morning all!

at W**k today, which is not normal for me. It hurts. In w**k now, made a cup of tea to start the day and...........no milk:mad: . It's gonna be a long one!!!!

Tomorrow, we are off to Bonnie Scotland for a week. That should perk me up!

Then back to normal days, so really looking forward to getting back to jam making, flyladying (lot to catch up there :rotfl: ), oh and fitting in the w**k bit as well.

Well, must crack on with these lovely invoices.........

Just listed eight books to sell on Amazon and sitting here with a cup of tea.

dd (12) complaining as she is about to set off for school. Tough! lol;)

May take DD out for a few bits and pieces for her return to uni and DH is home all day (working from home) as his car is being serviced.

Feeling really unmotivated as I had expected to be dashing around for a house move (sigh and sulk!)

Decided I need a treat so may just go out by myself in a gesture of rebellion!!

Housework, ironing etc can just wait - it certainly won't go away !

    Hugs to everyone.

    Good morning all!

Haven't read yesterdays thread yet, or anything else much. Am feeling lousy this morning as I have the beginnings of what I hope is just a cold & couldn't sleep last night, so was up making lemsip at 3. I have to be up cos I have next door's key & the builder gets here about 7.30am.

kiwi - hope building work is ok - as to the weather, our DS1 used to have a girlfriend in Aylesbury & we always used to joke about "Aylesbury weather" cos whenever we went to visit it was raining!

ageandjo - hope next offer is the right one!

kazonline - hope you feel better soon

all those who are at/going to w**k - have a good day!

And have a good day to everyone else, too!

ageandjo - sorry about the HA lady, but you have had one enquiry now, so hopefully that will mean people are seeing the advert and will bring more enquiries!!!!

snowy - hope you are ok after the dentist yesterday

Kaz - hope you will be feeling better later

Kiwi - good luck with the driving later !!!

Shez - hope you are feeling more positive today as well xx

Right, 3 little ones here today (glad actually, 3 days of only one does hit the pocket big time!!!) going to take them out to the little park, and then collecting things to make sticking pictures, that should keep them busy this morning!!!!! I have some cleaning to do, and need to make a HM pizza base, but apart from that, i think thats it. Must ring the football club where DS is having his party on Sunday to check any last minute details tho, been meaning to do it all week, but really do need to do it today!!!!
Hope everyone has a great friday
    Take care xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

    Morning all,
not posted for a few days as I have been busy with work and cleaning. Fatal to switch on the laptop so I haven't till now.

Had a lovely lady look at the house last night, really hope she buys it as she is the first one I would happily pass the view on to. Mad I know. She did say it was top end of her budget so I am not holding my breath. More viewings this weekend so we need to keep on top of the cleaning.

Have a 3 hour round trip this afternoon to pick up my step sons this afternoon and we want to bake a cake for tea before we go. Tried and trusty cappachino I think.

    Have a good day everyone.

Morning all, just popped on as I am having to supervise DD getting dressed, if I didn't she would still be sat there this evening.

Kaz - thanks but I think it's a bit far to travel for DH to get to work every day :D

Hex - fingers crossed for a quick sale for you.

elona - I am so sorry about the house move, have you abandoned the idea now or are you still looking?

Cat - my childminder used to make me pay whether DD1 was there or not! That was 20 years ago :(

Chipps - I hope the cold doesn't appear

Jan - I am jealous, always wanted to go to Scotland

Twink - nice to see you up bright and early, joining us on the flylady thread? :D

Kiwi - love the thought of a loo in the middle of the room (not)

Tired Mum - Good luck with the new job

ageandjo - with all the good vibes we are sending you something is bound to turn up soon, fingers crossed for you.

Sorry for anyone I've missed. I must go and dry my hair before I take DD to school and then play hunt the car so I can take the oldies shopping. I haven't the foggiest idea where DH parked it last night. Then home to hoover the rest of the house and empty all the bins that I couldn't fit into the wheelie last night.

I have just spent the last half hour trawling through yesterday's thread & just wanted to add my best wishes to taplady - so glad it was good news after that scare.

moggins - the cold not appearing is rather a high ambition - I have a very busy weekend planned; DH & I are organising the Harvest Supper & Quiz Night at church, then Sunday we are helping with the Senior Citizens' tea, which means we help prepare tea for about 100 elderly people from the area, then fetch them, serve tea, then there is a harvest festival service, then we take them home, then clear up. It's great fun but very hard work. Some of the people who come hardly get out of their homes during the year & really look forward to it. I am in the singing group as well, so my throat is bound to be a problem! Hopefully the cold won't arrive in force until after Sunday night!
