Morning all! managed to sleep last night suprisingly. off to the docs in about half hour.Will post if I get time before I go to work - have to leave at 10.30 ish. Am a bag of nerves.

Hi Welshlassie Since I stopped having dairy I've stopped putting dried milk into my BM bread & it makes not a jot of difference. I think it's included in the recipie to increase the calcium but the loaf will tast just as good without.

Thank for the recipie for calzones Queenie I often have leftover bolognese type sauce, not enough for a complete meal so this is a great way to use it up.

I haven't time to post more as I'm off to work in a minute. Thankfully I have a day off tomorrow & we're going away for the weekend to Derbyshire camping with friends so lots to look forward to. Walking, cycling, music, eating & drinking - heaven.:D

Sorry I'm not feeling too positive today -maybe its PMT approaching

Having that moggins feeling of not achieving enough these days.

• Not doing enough OS cooking, jam making & such like you lot.
• not spending enough time with kids or taking kids to dancing classes or whatever,
• want to spruce up the house - but really need to move to a bigger one! - but that means moving outside london and i dont want to travel - as its easy at the moment on the DLR to work -
• falling asleep on sofa now in the evenings!
• Still cant get up off my butt to lose weight just keep thinking about it and getting annoyed with myself! Want some new clothes but wont buy any cos i want to "trim up" first! arrgghhh vicious circle eh?
• Worried about new job - havent seen boss for 2.5 weeks now- beg to wonder if he's done a runner and im sitting there like a sitting duck?
• while im sitting there i think i could be at home doing this and that!
• Never taken myself to tap classes!
• Just not achieving enough generally

Sorry this is naff post today from me - just ignore me.....better get ready for work

Big hug!! It is not a competition and you always seem really "sorted" to me.
I envy your achievements and feel a slob in comparison.

I used to feel it was not worth buying stuff till I lost weight but found that buying a few tops in primark and "Trinny and Susannahing" myself with the aid of a book from the library made a big difference.
Be as kind to yourself as you are to everyone else.

I forgot to add that I've gotta sort out the THREE big bags of grapes kindly given to us by a colleague where Justin works. Going to make wine, but need to find out HOW first. I was given some winemaking equipment by a sweet freecycler and only had to buy the campdown tablet thingies and a few bits & bobs.

Suspect that's No.1 job today AFTER sleep.
