Well, hopefully a quiet day here, only one little one so think we might also be making flapjacks (good idea lynz!!!), as ive run out of things for the childrens packed lunches!!!!
Also need to make some phone calls and do lots of cleaning, as i have been a bit lazy the last couple of days!!! Actually, last night i wrote a list in my pukka pad jotta (still no use for my project pad, ala moggins!!!) so hopefully, i will get everything done today!!!
Right, off to dry my hair, hope everyone has a lovely day,

Morning all
Happy Birthday Purple Princess.
I would have been here earlier but I've been chasing kids round the house trying to get them ready for school. DS has now left and I am sat here on the computer where I can remind DD that it's taken her 10 minutes to get one shoe on!
Loads of flying to get done today and I finally found a use for my pukka pad, I started the christmas lists in it. I have presents for everyone bar FIL and there are already 21 presents for DD and DS's haul isn't far behind.
Have a good day everyone.Organised people are just too lazy to look for things

Didn't sleep too well last night, had some bad news and also probably overdid the flylady thing but am going to give it another go today but with a couple of extra rest breaks. It was nice to get up to a shiny sink and clean floors though!
I am going to try to get those cookies done today as I didn't get around to it yesterday and will be taking some cornish cream fudge (not hm) to my friends at the MS support group.
Dinner tonight will be oven baked in white wine salmon steaks (if I can ever find them at the bottom of the chest freezer!) with runner beans and whatever comes in my veg box.
Have as good a day as you can
Catz x

Is that me?There's so many of us Pennies around! Hope it is, Ice!
I'd fry an onionand garlic, then add the minced beef, chopped veg ( I like carrot, celery, sweetcorn, pepper), then add the finely chopped tomatoes. Wouldn't bother skinning or deseeding (books and cooks that recommend this must think we have no life to be getting on with  ). Then cook slowly for ages! I put mine in the Rayburn for about 3 hours, on the lowest setting. Believe SC will do much the same thing.
Does that help?
Off to wash, then off to w***. New desk yesterday - it's great, but as everyone can look over my shoulder now, and I sit next to the photocopier, can't surf on here as muchNew (w***) laptop due today, so v. excited!
Pink, many thanks for clearing up the confusion regarding yesterday's thread

Hello to everyone else, too!
Today I need to clear up the mess I made when I was cleaning the front hall yesterday. The hall looks fine - but I transferred most of the junk upstairs, thinking to find a place for it in the wardrobes (for "junk" read "shoes we don't wear very often) but found waaaaay to much clutter in the wardrobes, which I got out & spread over the bed, meaning to sort out, declutter & put back in less space along with said shoes.
But of course it was soon time for dinner - DS1 & fiance come round on Tuesdays, then we had to go out....
so DH finally threw it all on the floor when it was bedtime.
Have a good day everyone!0
