    morning all.

Well, wide awake far too early again but hey, that gives me more hours in the day..

I have decided to do absolutely nothing at the moment. A dignified silence is, I feel, far better than fuelling flames. If it gets any worse, then I might speak to my solicitor.

Today, I have a friend coming to lunch - I'm doing salmon and salad with Jersey Royals. Then this afternoon I have the man from Hillary's Blinds coming to quote. I have no idea how much these things cost so it'll be interesting...

I also need to do some washing because today looks like it's going to be the best day of the weekend

    Morning all,

Sorry but I haven't had time to catch up with all your posts, just seemed to have been racing round, but not seem to be doing much, OH seems to be in a mood with me, so goodness knows what I have done, but the silent treatment is not gonig to sort it out, and he didn't even kiss me good night!! grrr

Anyhow 2 x WM pegged out on line, 1 x WM on the go.

Off to work now for the morning off to Oxford so should be a reasonable drive as the sun is trying to come out.

Housework when I get back, but I changed the bed, but the cat will sleep on it whilst I am out!!, no use closing the door as he scratches at that!

Off to a quiz night with next door neighbours, last time we came 3rd, so we are all out to beat that.

    Have a good day all.

((hugs)) for soappie, hope you get it sorted.

Michelle: Are you all Barney'd out? I remember it like it was yesterday with my two: Does he still sing: "I love you, you love me, we are a happy family" Hearing that at 6am on a Saturday with two wide awake toddlers is not funny!! Now I can't get my 14 year out of her bed before mid day:grin::grin: Hope you have a good weekend and Johanne too.

flying wise: A very bad week, felt rotten with this sore throat, coughing and snottering (that is my excuse and I am sticking with it) Feel much better today and will get stuck in, so I feel I have achieved something)

    this weekend:

catch up on all the washing
dig out the list for all week and work on that
go to the recycling with bottles etc and the dump
    post letter
persuade DD teenager to come into town with me to buy more underwear and some trousers for her, she just doesn't want to go.
get parcel organised for nieces 4th birthday and send

I better not make this list too long because it will just get me depressed and I will do nothing, not knowing where to start.

Have a great day everyone

    Morning all

I haven't had time to catch up on the thread (apart from the last page) so hope you are all ok.

Soappie hugs for you. From your post on here you are not one to moan or over react so I am sure you are justified in whatever has upset you, hoping today goes well and you have a lovely lunch.

Had a great time in Centre parcs and are all well rested if tired from physical activity if that makes sense.

    Plan for today:

    Unpack
    Washing x?
    Hoover downstairs DH
    Mop floors downstairs
    Cut lawn DS1
    Clean out car DS2
    Meal plan
    Foodshop
    Check online banks
    Check kids sporting calendars

    To do in next month
    Spreadsheet gas/electiricity
    Spreadsheet savings
    Mum tax/trust details
    Book car MoT
    Check car insurance
    In tray
    Filing in DH office
    Toisa thing check rates

Right to the shower and then to start unpacking

    Morning everyone.

soappie sounds like the best response to me - they are probably wanting you to rant back, so dignified silence will be annoying.

mumoftwo yes - barney 5 times yesterday - we have 6 DVDs to choose from, and we watched the same one 4x. Not that it matters as 'i love you' os on every one of them. DS1 did amuse me somewhat though as he has just started trying to copy the dance routines on them, so i always get a hug and a kiss when that one is on. ;) Although the duck song is funnier when he waddles and flaps his wings. :rotfl: So they stop watching it before 14 then. :D

I cracked last night and gave Sam some formula at about midnight. I had fed him for 30 minutes, and was running on empty and he was still rooting around, and then took a 4oz bottle. I then had a content baby for the first time in days.

DH also put up the travel cot for me, which he managed to sleep part of the night in. He absolutely hates the moses basket and won't go in it, so at least we got a bit of sleep without him in our bed. So, in bed for 2am, woken at 4:30 for a feed, which he wouldn't have till 5:30 - back in bed for 6, DS1 up at 7:30 shouting for mummy. DH left me in bed till 9ish, but DS1 is so loud you hear him wherever he is.

Our main priority this weekend is rest, but we will be today:
    • WM - load of dark kids clothes
    • - load of ours and cot bedding
    • drying all that out on line
    • playing outside with DS1 for a bit
    • peel some veg for dinner
    • watch finale of britains got talent
    • run steriliser - think i may do a bedtime bottle just to give me a rest again
    • do end of month banking
    Michelle, x
