I always used to wash my wired bras by hand but eventually got fed up.. now I put them in a mesh laundry bag and I haven't had any problems ... I haven't washed any of the moulded t-shirt type bras like it though... but others come out fine and they wear better too..

I use a mesh bag too, and it works for me. I think you can get specially shaped ones for bras from Lakeland? or Kleeneze?, places like that.

Yep I too wash mine in a bra shaped wash bag. It's the safest way cos if a wire pops out whilst in your machine (quite common) it can really damage your machine. Think I got mine from Bettaware, I actually need a new one cos the zip has just broke on it.

The correct way is hand wash only!

I have always put mine in a washing machine and just recently i use a bra bag which i got from betterware. It certainly keeps them in shape and i have found they don`t look so worn out after just a few washes.

I hand wash them with a gentle liquid detergent and dry them flat - not worth wreaking something that expensive for the sake of a few minutes. Not worth risking the washing machine either.

i am going to get one of those mesh bag things. my washing machine was making a odd metal against metal sound the other day and I couldnt work out why. turns out there was an underwire bit out of my bra attached to the outside of the drum. i found the end under the rubber and had to pull it out with pliers!!!!!!!
