I printed off the forms and photocopied them in triplicate so I could make all the mistakes I needed before final copy! I also tried doing them online but wasn't comfortable with it all being there and I prefer paper. Anyway if you do them online you still have to print them off. Do what you feel more comfortable doing.

Do I have to fill them in online before I print it off, or can I just print it off?

They have to be almost done by Tuesday, as I want the Debt Specialist to check I have done it right. Blooming 'eck, I haven't left myself much time, have I!

You should be able to print this straight off:

    Hope that helps :hello:

    That does, thanks so much.

It should be relatively simple, she says........as I don't work, we are selling our property and the only asset is a £500 car. But the I&E bit, left hand bit, income, obviously OH's salary but the right hand bit, not sure what to put in there. I don't contribute at all, so do I put what comes out each month, even though that is OH and not me? Also, what exactly needs to go on there? ie Mortgage, Council Tax, gas/electric, tv licence, phone/internet, food.....anything else?

Actually I have confused myself. That form is only 2 pages long, isn't it. Isn't there another form to fill in with your statement of affairs (I&E?).

    Sorry. :o

I literally just found them at the end of Made the decision but what now thread. Sorry to have bothered you. 30 pages long!! Yikes!! OH has to go into work in the morning to print off a few copies. :rotfl: Good job its just me going BR......

Re the I&E question, items of expenditure, OH pays for it all, do I put the whole amount in he pays, or just half of what he pays, though I don't contribute at all. I'm confused. :o

Oooh I'm not sure. I think you put in everthing that is spent, and then for the bit where it's his share the same amount if he pays the whole lot?! Hopefully someone will be around in the morning to help you out!!

Ok ta, you are helping me honest. Its this time of night my head starts working over-time with it all. This form is freaking me out, I had no idea it was 30 pages long! It mentions pensions, I have a frozen 14 year one with NatWest, and a couple of frozen 2 year ones, God, I hope I can find all the paperwork! Do I lose them as well?

I assume under secured creditors, that means my mortgage?

Why didn't I look at this form sooner, the meeting is Tuesday! :o

Hi Summer, this is my first post here and I will be starting a topic as my case is slightly different to what I have read so far, well done to you though, and thank you for the warning on the 30 pages, I will get this printed off in triplicate asap.

On pensions I have just been reading up on that, and it will depend if the pension is "approved" or not, this has to do with HM Customs and Excise from what I gather, but here is one site where I read some bits and bobs on.

Hope the link works, and thank you to my very good friend for sending me over here, I have now been reading here for about 8 or more hours, but it is all helping me right now, as sleeping is a thing of the past!
