    Hi Summer,

Yeah Dalip...Lassie would finish me off as well right now!!!

I stopped paying my CC `s in May then had a moment of madness & paid all min pmts at the end of the month...even though CCCS said only pay a £1...completely bottled it!!!! .funny but now I am realising that I will never ever fully pay them off...my house is unlikely to sell (even if SL co will allow it). OH is BR already & I am off with stress !!...oh & I am about to move to rented!!!

I don`t answer the phone now only mobile & its a strange feeling after nearly 30 years of never ever, ever missing any payments!!! Think that its that transition between being in the panic of debt crisis & the positivity of knowing you are taking steps to sort it out.

Am I waffling again?? I know what I mean....so welcome back Summer!

Aww thanks!! xx Yes you are right, I have good days and bad days. But I am a strong person, I know I can get through this, but its got to be one day at a time. I cry at everything anyway but at the moment, I am a mess. Saw the Sex and the City film, I am a huge fan, and I blubbed all the way through that! :o Mind you, I wasn't the only one. :rotfl: Fab film. :D The girlies on there reminded me of on here a little bit, all that support to get you through the horrible times...well minus the Manolo Blahniks and cocktails obviously...can't afford them! :rotfl:

I have edited my thread title, wanted something a bit more positive. :D

Well I am ploughing my way through ringing up companies to change non-creditors' DD bank details to OHs account for next month. What a pain! Some are sending forms, couple did it over the phone, some need to speak to him, I will be glad when I have done them all, though I will be gobsmacked if they all come out of the correct account when OH gets paid.

Getting a bit nervous now, OH is printing the BR forms off at his workplace tomorrow as I have hardly any toner left and can't afford another one at the moment. We will then go through the forms, fill in what I can, and take them to the Debt Specialist on Tuesday, who hopefully will help me complete them. I will then ring the Courts and make an appointment. Eeeeeek!!:eek:

Wonder how long I will have to wait for an appointment? Just want this done now.

Hope everyone has a good Friday. xxx

    Hi everyone.

Am feeling quite anxious at the mo but thats because the appointment with the Debt Specialist is on Tuesday. I haven't filled in the BR forms yet, I know, I am leaving it, but I have been putting it off. :o OH is printing them out at work tomorrow morning then we will tackle them. I have no income so not sure what to put on the outgoings as OH pays for them but will cross that bridge when I come to it.

Amazing how different I look at things now that I don't have a CC....keep looking at OS board for recipes that are interesting but cheap and am actually using everything in my food cupboard, whereas before, I would never really go through it properly. :o Its hard living like this, looking at the price of everything, putting things back we would normally have, I can't afford printer toner at the moment, but I know its our own doing and that we have to, because its much harder living with a lot of debt over your head and the health problems that come with it. We are never getting into this mess ever again, and I know it will get better in time.

Can someone help please. Looking at the BR forms online on the insolvency website and I don't really want to fill it in online and have all the info stored on there. Would rather print them out and take my time and hand write it myself. Can I just get OH to print the forms off from that site at work tomorrow, as said before, I have run out of toner.

    What did you do?

I printed off the forms and photocopied them in triplicate so I could make all the mistakes I needed before final copy! I also tried doing them online but wasn't comfortable with it all being there and I prefer paper. Anyway if you do them online you still have to print them off. Do what you feel more comfortable doing.
