Hi everyone, have been MIA since Friday have just not had the chance to post but have caught up (just about!) on all the posts.
Welcome to Lemonade, Wellington and Jay
:grouphug: to Toni hope everything goes ok. Thinking of you and your family.
Although I havent been online I have been eating relatively well apart from Saturday night when I went out with friends for someones birthday, got rather drunk and then staggered home with cheesy chips and a pizza (not all for myself, i shared with OH!) Have also been exercising been running on the treadmill and went for a 7 mile walk with my nan yesterday!
Went out yesterday and had a ciabatta roll with cheese salad and a salad garnish on the side, wasnt hungry in the evening so had a handful of potato wedges at OH's mum.
Today's meals: Brekkie- Crunchy nut and Semi-skimmed milk
Lunch - don't know either sandwich or soup am off home so will decide what i fancy when i get there!
Dinner - Vegetable pies, mash, and using up some older veg
Snacks - fruit
Hope everyone is ok! Ooops almost forgot Congratulations Saversern!!! :T0 -
Hi guys,
Have excercised today which is good, feel slimmer but am still resisting those scales!!
Today:
B - 2 x shredded wheat & semi skimmed
L - 2 x beans on toast, fruit & yoghurt, some water biscuits & philadelphia lite if still hungry
D - no idea, would like to try & make savoury rice as have odss & ends to use up but not sure how!!!
Have a great day all:eek: Total debt £21,000 :eek:Weight loss to date - 2 st, 2lb:j0 -
I posted a recipe for Spanish rice elsewhere but that is very similar to savoury rice taste-wise. Don't be scared by the use of oil either, the recipe makes huge amounts so you may want to half it if its not for at least 4 people http://www.elise.com/recipes/archives/000040spanish_rice.php0

Welcome Jay11, I'm also new with 4 stone to lose
Toni - Hope your dad gets better very soon.
Today I have gone from bad to worse, but instead of doing the sensible thing of stopping now, I'm going to just go with it today and then draw a line under it tomorrowNo wonder I am so overweight
I will not even think of embarrasing myself by detailing today's food lol!!!:xmassmile:rudolf:0 -
:A Hi all, thank-you for the lovely welcomes:A
Lemonade_money, those are my planned eats:rolleyes: , I'm very [strike]unrealistic[/strike] optimisticIt's soo hard isn't it! At least with the same weight to lose we can be partners in crime (4 stone is the minimum I need to lose, still I'm a happy beachball not a grumpy one, so life could be worse:D )
Toni, ((((HUGS)))) from me too, hope things get better soon
I've been for a walk so far today, stuck to my list, and drunk lots of water, but the choccies in the larder are calling me, so we'll see:rolleyes:Anytime;)0 -
Jay11 - I love your optimism, I need more of that! Yes that is a great idea to be partners in crime, 4 stone is also my minimum so pull up a chair and get cosy cos I might be here for a while!!:xmassmile:rudolf:0
