Never mind. I am lucky, I don't actually like ice cream and have to force myself to lick the drippy bits off when ds has an ice cream cone.

I have not overeaten today. I also had a cup of coffee at my neighbours house this afternoon, instead of a glass or three of wine which usually leads to at least two suppers.

I feel really sick, just ate an orange vanilla cupcake from a batch I made for OH to take to work with his lunch. I must finally be getting sensitive to fatty sugary things after not having them for so long :(
Never mind, its not damaged the diet and I suppose it will put me off eating them again........maybe ;)

I'm back, nearly didn't come back, but decided I need to. have had a shocking time foodwise over the last couple of weeks.

Went to get new bras today, too depressing for words, back size has gone up, PLUS I need an extender thingy to make them comfortable.

DH back tonight, so I can't just go to bed so I don't eat anything else, as I have to go to Liverpool JL to get him and walking buddies at about 11.30pm.

    Kids home and in bed.

    Been sewing.

Food? THink I'd better start again listing tomorrow. Am in work tomorrow.

    Well done the losers! :j

Had a disastrous week, loads of bread in the house and I ate it all. Topped off the week by buying a coffee and walnut cake from waitrose (it was reduced from £5 to £2 and just seemed too good to leave on the shelf). Far to scared to weigh myself tomorrow in case the results trigger a comfort binge, so will just try to behave myself this week and get back on track.

This is so hard! I feel like I will be fat forever and it is depressing as anything. I love food too much.

    Morning Peeps,

Another lovely sunny morning in Suffolk but not sure how long it's gonna last.

(((((((((((((((HUGS))))))))))))))))))))) to all those that need them at the mo. If you are struggling then Monday is a really good day to get back on track :T We all love our food or we would not have to be on here ;) We're all in the same boat, and we will get there, it just takes a little bit of patience. I've got LOADS of patience as you may have noticed so I'll pass some of mine around :D

At last I have finished the X stitch :j It was really beginning to get on my nerves so it's such a relief. Just hope all my pals at work like it.

Now that the stitchin is over I can really get back to keeping the house and garden in order. Think I'll just muddle through this week and give it a really good blitz at the weekend.

This is the start of my last two weeks at work and it really feels like things are comming to an end. There are jobs that I'm doing now that I know I wont ever do again and that's really sad.

Food today will be the ususal except to say that I bought some soya yogs for the first time and they are very nice. Only 90 cals per pot so I can squuze them in nicely and it feels like I've had a yummy treat.

Have a good day guys and try to be Just Great today.

    morning everyone

well i slipped a bit yesterday, ended up having 3 tiger rolls in the evening with jam :o i suppose its not too bad as i hadn't had any lunch, just an early dinner so i might get away with it

JoJoB don't get disheartened, we all slip sometimes, just draw a line under it and start again. you will get there ;)

well i've made myself a list of all the bits and bobs around the house and paperwork stuff that needs doing and its HUUUUUGE! i've divided it up into each day this week so that combined with keeping DS amused should mean i stay away from the cupboards - thats the theory anyway.

    food for today:
    b- weetabix
l- boiled egg in a roll
    d- fajitas
    s- fruit and yogs

have a good day all :A

Frogga, I am following your excellent example and have picked up my cross stitch again. I haven't done much since I had ds, but 've decided that it's time to start doing somethng that I enjoy.

    Take care all of you.
