Caterina - Hope you are/have enjoyed the curry, oohh yum yum curry I love Chicken Tikka not the tikka masala just the tikka! comes with a lovely salad from our takeaway. Droooooooool

Frogga - OMG what a small pond this is! My parents met at that school and married cos mum was preg with me, 7 years ago they separated and are now the best of friends. Mum is 5 mins walk away from me and loves helping on the allotments. My grandparents still live in Kesgrave on the main road near the chip shop! ooh yum yum chips! Granddad was born in the bungalow he (and nan) still lives in.

Tea was not bad Mr S taste the difference pork sausages, 2 with my pasta and then another two a few minutes ago in a sandwich with brown sauce. the last two are in the fridge.... not sure if they will last till the morning.....I still fell hungry, probably cos I'm bored maybe. I've got a huge glass of water beside me, well its squash actually can't stand water by itself and figure that glass of squash is better than bottle of smirnoff ice.

Ooh gosh I've waffled on a bit, I'll go back to reading a few posts elsewhere me thinks.

Snack wasn't cereal. It was (another) McFlurry on the way home from chorus. I think I'm on a mission to self destruct at the moment, What am I going to do? I'm really feeling quite desperate.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/northwesttonight/ click on watch latest edition, go to about 24 mins and there is the beginning of our 'bit'. It was cut short, which was a shame.

I am sooooooo hungry today, probably because of my low intake yesterday and not eating until 1pm today it has really thrown me off keel.
Today was a bit of a mismatch so after all my good intentions this morning, I didn't have breakfast, had a feta cheese and mango salsa soft wholmeal sub roll for lunch then singapore chow mein for tea which just didn't seem to fill me up.

Ended up having a scoop (just the one) of Mackie ice cream with blueberries then 1 digestive with a cup of tea.

In the grand scheme of things its probably not much more than I would normally eat but it wasn't spread out enough to stop my blood sugar going through rollercoaster turns and making me feel crappy

    Morning everyone,

Bf today is sausage and mushroom sandwiches, there`s no pate left for my toast :p

No idea again for dinner but tea is beef curry and naan bread.

I`ll probably end up eating something bad for dinner as i`m at w**k and won`t be able to get to the shops until the weekend so it depends what i can find.

Day off tomorrow though so i should be ok as i can plan for the next few days i never eat as much when i`m at home.

    Have a good day everyone.

Hmmm boyfriend for breakfast, is that with milk and sugar or toasted with chocolate spread!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Morning everyone.

Just had breakfast of 2 HM white rolls clover and peanut butter. Haven't got a clue about lunch or tea. As I said in my first post I don't get excited about food any more bit of a hopeless case really, and being really fussy with my food doesn't help.

At least I am at work today. I don't eat as much when I'm at work - even though we have a snack machine I'm fairly good I (mostly) leave my purse at home so even if I am tempted I can't buy crisps or choc. Which have gone up to 50p each

Well, better get off my lardy !!!!! and get in the shower before I leave for work.

    Have a great day everyone.
